Abstract

The combination of solar cells as the main generator and PLN's electricity source as a backup source is the right solution, but this will experience problems if we don't do it automatically. The series of Automatic Transfer Switch or ATS is a solution so that the system works optimally. The ATS circuit will work on transferring energy sources from the solar energy storage system to PLN as a backup source automatically if solar energy has been detected as empty by the ATS circuit. This PLN-Solar Cell ATS panel uses an On Grid inverter system, there is a 3 position selector switch on this panel, namely PLN manual position, Auto position and Solar cell manual position. In the auto switching position, it is carried out based on the under/over voltage relay placed on the incoming solar cell side which will monitor the voltage as the main supply of the PLN-Solar cell ATS panel which will command the solar cell switching timer on with a time setting of 2 seconds. Likewise, when the solar cell voltage drops, the under/over voltage relay will read, monitor the slar cell drop voltage and will order the PLN switching timer on with a setting time of 2 seconds. Based on tests and observations, the ATS Solar Cell Panel tool works when the solar panel voltage drops due to cloudy weather or in the afternoon, because there is an under/over voltage relay, when the normal voltage output of the solar cell that has been converted by the inverter is 224 VAC, so switching takes place. ON the supply of the solar cell to back up the load, but when the voltage of the solar cell is not normal, the output of the solar cell that has been converted by the inverter is directly 0 so that switching OFF the solar cell then ON the PLN switch with a time delay of 2 seconds, when weather conditions not cloudy and the solar cell voltage is normal 224VAC Relay under Voltage returns to work and orders the PLN Switch OFF then ON the Solar cell Switch again with a time delay of 2 seconds. Keywords: ATS panel, PLN, Solar cell, switchin Penggabungan antara sel surya sebagai pembangkit utama dan sumber listrik PLN sebagai sumber cadangan, merupakan solusi yang tepat, namun hal ini akan mengalami kendala jika tidak kita lakukan secara otomatis. Rangkain Automatic Transfer Switch atau ATS merupakan solusi agar sistem bekerja secara optimal. Rangkaian ATS akan mengerjakan pemindahan sumber energi dari sistem penyimpanan energi surya ke PLN sebagai sumber cadangan secara automatis apabila energy surya sudah terdeteksi kosong oleh rangkaian ATS. Panel ATS PLN-Solar Cell ini menggunakan sistem inverter On Grid, Terdapat selector switch 3 posisi di panel ini yaitu Posisi manual PLN, posisi Auto dan posisi manual Solar cell. Pada posisi auto Switching di lakukan berdasarkan relay under/over voltage yang di letakan di sisi incoming Solar cell yang akan memonitor tegangan sebagai supply utama panel ATS PLN-Solar cell yang akan memerintahkan timer switching solar cell on dengan settingan waktu 2 detik. Begitu pula ketika tegangan solar cell drop maka relay under/over voltage akan membaca memonitor tegangan slar cell drop dan akan memerintahkan timer switching PLN on dengn waktu settingan 2 detik. Berdasarkan pengujian dan pengamatan alat Panel ATS Solar Cell bekerja ketika tegangan solar panel drop akibat cuaca mendung atau ketika sore hari, karena terdapat Relay under/over voltage , saat tegangan normal output solar cell yang sudah di konversi oleh inverter adalah 224 VAC, sehingga switching meng ON kan supply Solar cell untuk memback up beban, tetapi ketika Tegangan solar cell tidak normal output solar cell yang sudah di konversi oleh inverter langsung 0 sehingga switching Meng OFF kan solar cell kemudian meng ON kan switch PLN dengan delay waktu 2 detik, ketika Kondisi cuaca tidak mendung dan tegangan solar cell normal 224VAC Relay under Voltage kembali bekerja dan memrintahkan Switch PLN OFF kemudian meng ON kan Switch Solar cell kembali dengan delay waktu 2 detik.
