Abstract

The distribution network is one of the systems that must be maintained for the reliability and quality of the network, which includes continuity, distribution, power value, voltage, frequency and so on. The quality of these electrical quantities will affect the performance of electrical equipment, prevention of damage. However, problems in the distribution network often occur, one of which is the problem of voltage stability. In an electric power system, under-voltage load shedding is very important to prevent voltage collapse and anticipate conditions outside of planning, or extreme conditions, namely preventing damage to components. Design with "DESIGN AND BUILD MOTOR PROTECTION AND MICRO LOGIC CHILLER AND ELECTRONIC CONTROL AGAINST FLICKER INTERFERENCE" changes in source voltage to voltage characteristics when given a source voltage at normal voltage the results of several Over Under Voltage Relay protection tests when setting Over voltage of 265 V and recovery at a voltage of 235 V and the Under setting at a voltage of 195 V and recovery at a voltage of 204 V can work well with a delay of 10 seconds each, which means that the protection relay immediately works with instantaneous time characteristics. protection system from Flicker at a voltage where when a flicker occurs, the system will back up the micro logic module using batteries and the power from the source will be delayed for 10 seconds and the Phase Failure protection system, a circuit that functions as an automatic regulator for each load in each substation on the load Jaringan distribusi merupakan salah satu sistem yang harus dijaga keandalan dan kualitas jaringanya,yang mencakup kontinuitas, penyaluran, nilai daya, tegangan, frekuensi dan sebagainya. Kualitas besaran-besaran listrik ini akan mempengaruhi kinerja peralatan listrik, pencegahan terhadap kerusakan, Namun pada jaringan distribusi sering terjadi masalah, salah satunya adalah masalah pada stabilitas tegangan. Dalam sistem tenaga listrik Under-voltage load shedding sangatlah penting untuk mencegahi voltage collapse dan mengantisipasi terhadap kondisi diluar perencanaan, atau kondisi ekstrem yaitu mencegah terjadinya kerusakan pada komponen. Perancangan dengan “RANCANG BANGUN PROTEKSI MOTOR DAN CONTROL MICRO LOGIC CHILLER DAN CONTROL ELECTRONIC TERHADAP GANGGUAN FLICKER” perubahan tegangan sumber terhadap karakteristik tegangan apabila diberi tegangan sumber pada tegangan normal hasil beberapa pengujian proteksi Over Under Voltage Relay ini ketika setting tegangan Over sebesar 265 V dan recovery pada tegangan 235 V dan settingan Undernya pada tegangan 195 V dan recovery pada tegangan 204 V dapat bekerja dengan baik dengan waktu tunda penghubung masing – masing selama 10 detik, yang artinya relay proteksi segera bekerja dengan karakteristik waktu seketika. sistem proteksi dari Flicker pada tegangan dimana paa saat terjadi flicker maka sistem akan membackup module micro logic menggunakan batrai dan daya dari sumber akan di delay selama 10 detik dan sistem proteksi Phase Failure, rangkaian yang berfungsi sebagai pengatur otomatis kesetiap beban dimasing-masing substation pada beban.
