Abstract

In Indonesia,anumberofenvironmentalproblemsarestillahomeworkthatneedsto be solved,sothatmostcompaniesarerequiredtofocusontheconceptofbeing environmentallyfriendlyorgogreeninordertoachievesustainableemployee performance.The purposeofthisresearcharetoanalyzetheeffectofGreenHuman ResourceManagement,GreenTransformationalLeadershiponEmployeeSustainable Performance throughEmployeeGreenBehaviourinUniversitasMercuBuana Jakarta. ThisresearchcontainsseveraltheoreticalconceptsofGreenHuman ResourceManagement,TransformationalLeadership,EmployeeSustainable Performance, andEmployeeGreenBehavior.Thesampleofthisstudywas252 respondentsusingProportionatestratifiedrandomsamplingtechnique.Datawas then analyzedusingSEMPLSSmartPLSversion3.3.3.Theanalysisusesinnerand outer testmodelsandcorrelationmatrixbetweendimensions.Basedontheresultsof the analysisinthisstudy,theresultsobtained:1.greenhumanresourcemanagement has apositiveandsignificanteffectonEmployeeSustainablePerformance;2.green transformational leadershiphasapositiveandsignificanteffectonemployee sustainable performance;3.employeegreenbehaviorhasapositiveandsignificant effect onemployeesustainableperformance;4.greenhumanresourcemanagement has apositiveandsignificanteffectonemployeegreenbehavior;5.green transformational leadershiphasapositiveandsignificanteffectonemployeegreen behavior; 6.employeegreenbehaviormediatestheinfluenceofgreenhuman resourcemanagementonemployeesustainableperformance;7.employeegreen behavior mediatestheinfluenceofgreentransformationalleadershiponemployee sustainable performance. Di Indonesia,sejumlahpersoalanlingkunganmasihmenjadipekerjaanrumahyang membutuhkan penyelesaian.sehinggasebagianbesarperusahaandiharuskanuntuk berfokus padakonsepramahlingkunganataugogreenagartercapaikinerjakaryawan yang berkelanjutan.TujuandaripenulisanartikeliniadalahuntukMenelitidan menganalisis pengaruhvariabel greenhumanresourcemanagement, green transformational leadership terhadapkinerjakaryawanberkelanjutanmelalui variable employee greenbehavior di UniversitasMercuBuanaJakarta.Sampeldari penelitian iniadalah252respondendenganmenggunakanteknik proportionate stratified randomsampling. Datakemudiandianalisisdenganmenggunakansoftware SEM PLSSmartPLSversi3.3.3.Analisismenggunakanujiinnerdanoutermodel serta matrikskorelasiantardimensi.Berdasarkanhasilanalisisdalampenelitianini diperoleh hasil:1. greenhumanresourcemanagement berpengaruh positifdan signifikan terhadap employee sustainableperformance; 2. greentransformational leadership berpengaruh positifdansignifikanterhadap employee sustainable performance; 3. employee greenbehavior berpengaruh positifdansignifikanterhadap employee sustainableperformance; 4. greenhumanresourcemanagement berpengaruh positifdansignifikanterhadap employee greenbehavior; 5. green transformational leadership berpengaruh positifdansignifikanterhadap employee greenbehavior; 6. employee greenbehavior memediasi pengaruh greenhuman resourcemanagement terhadap employee sustainableperformance; 7. employee green behavior memediasi pengaruh greentransformationalleadership terhadap employee sustainable performance.
