Abstract
The lack of understanding of the community and village apparatus related to information technology has resulted in less than optimal service to the community, especially in the field of village administration. The administration section in the Ajibarang Kulon Village area, Banyumas Regency is not fully good enough. The system used by the government agency for the head of this village in terms of correspondence is such as the service of making KK (family cards), making EKTP (identification cards), making birth certificates and others. The problem that often occurs is the lack of optimal service provided by village officials which can be proven by the lack of services at the Village Government such as the slow process of correspondence when many people are queuing, the process of searching for data if there are people who need it and also the process of recording books to get queue numbers is still being carried out manually i.e. handwritten. This web-based Village Administration Management Information System was created using the Waterfall methodology. For the Village Administration Management Information System, it can process regional profile data, population data, letter administration data, letter delivery, proof of letter delivery to ACC processes and letter signatures. With this system, it is hoped that it will make it easier for the service admin section and to manage citizen administrative data and administrative data stored properly so that it is faster in the process of searching for data in the future. Key words: Administration, Village, Web Kurangnya pemahaman masyarakat dan instrument perangkat desa terkait dengan teknologi informasi yang menyebabkan pelayanan kepada masyarakat kurang optimal, khususnya di bidang administrasi desa. Bagian administrasi di wilayah Desa Ajibarang Kulon Kabupaten Banyumas belum sepenuhnya cukup baik. Sistem yang digunakan instansi Pemerintah Kepala desa ini dalam hal surat menyurat yaitu seperti pelayanan Pembuatan KK (Kartu Keluarga), Pembuatan EKTP (Kartu Tanda Penduduk), Pembuatan Akta Kelahiran dan lainnya. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi adalah kurang optimalnya pelayanan yang diberikan perangkat desa yang dapat dibuktikan dengan minimnya pelayanan di Pemerintah Desa seperti lambatnya proses persuratan apabila banyak masyarakat yang mengantri, proses pencarian data apabila ada masyarakat yang membutuhkan dan juga proses pencatatan buku untuk mendapat nomor antrian masih dilakukan secara manual yaitu ditulis tangan. Sistem Informasi Manajemen Administrasi Desa berbasis web ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metodologi Waterfall. Untuk Sistem Informasi Manajemen Administrasi Desa dapat mengolah data profil wilayah, data penduduk, data adminstrasi surat, pengiriman surat, bukti pengiriman surat sampai proses ACC dan tanda tangan surat. Dengan adanya sistem ini diharapkan dapat mempermudah bagian admin pelayanan dan mengelola data adminstrasi warga serta data administrasi tersimpan dengan baik sehingga lebih cepat dalam proses pencarian data di kemudian hari.
