Abstract

Information systems are important in an organization or company. With an information system, an organization or company can guarantee the quality of the information presented and can make decisions based on that information. One of the uses of information technology is the financial and goods inventory system. With the financial and goods inventory system, it can simplify and minimize the problems that occur in a business. The data collection method used to obtain system data is by way of observation and direct interviews at conventional stores. Based on the results of research conducted at the fadli grocery store, the current system is still manual and the use of technology is still not optimal. To solve this problem, it is necessary to design a WEB-based Inventory Management Information System Using the SAW method to make it easier for users to make decisions in filling stock items. The design method used is an object- oriented approach with UML (Unified Modeling Language) modeling and is implemented with the programming language PHP and MySQL as the database. While the software development method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. The conclusion of this design is that the inventory of goods and financial statements web application was built with the aim that the management of data entry and expenditure of goods and financial reports is more orderly and computerized so as to avoid the problem of calculation errors by employees. Keywords: Information Systems, Inventory, SAW, UML, PHP, MySQL, RAD Sistem Informasi merupakan hal yang penting dalam suatu organisasi atau perusahaan. Dengan adanya sistem informasi, organisasi atau perusahaan dapat menjamin kualitas informasi yang disajikan dan dapat mengambil keputusan berdasarkan informasi tersebut. Salah satu pemanfaatan teknologi informasi adalah pada sistem inventory keuangan dan barang. Dengan adanya sistem inventory keuangan dan barang dapat mempermudah dan memperkecil permasalahan yang terjadi pada suatu usaha. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan untuk memperoleh data sistem yaitu dengan cara observasi dan wawancara langsung di toko konvensional. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan di toko agen sembako fadli, sistem yang berjalan saat ini masih bersifat manual serta pemanfaatan teknologi masih belum maksimal. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan Perancangan Sistem Informasi Manajemen Inventory Berbasis WEB Menggunakan Metode SAW untuk mempermudah user mengambil keputusan dalam pengisian stok barang. Metode perancangan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan berorientasi objek dengan pemodelan UML (Unified Modelling Language) dan diimplementasikan dengan bahasa pemograman PHP dan MySQL sebagai basis data. Sedangkan metode pengembangan perangkat lunak yang digunakan adalah Metode Rapid Application Development (RAD). Adapun kesimpulan pada perancangan ini adalah bahwa persediaan barang dan laporan keuangan web aplikasi dibangun dengan tujuan agar dalam pengelolaanpemasukan dan pengeluaran data barang serta laporan keuangan lebih tertib dan terkomputerisasi sehingga terhindar dari masalah kesalahan hitung yang dilakukan karyawan.
