Abstract

This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the fundamental factors that affect the stock valuation in the textile industry sub-sector companies. The fundamental factors used in this study are Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER). The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. From a population of 18 textile sub-industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, 8 companies were taken. Analysis of the research data using panel data regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that Return On Equity (ROE) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) have a negative and significant effect on stock valuations. Meanwhile, the price earning ratio (PER) has a negative and insignificant effect on the valuation of shares in the textile sub-industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Keywords: Stock Valuation, Return On Equity (ROE), Debt To Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER) Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-fakor fundamental yang mempengaruhi valuasi saham di perusahaan sub sektor industri tekstil. Adapun faktor fundamental yang dipakai dalam penelitian ini adalah Return On Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Price Earning Ratio (PER). Metode pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan adalah purposive sampling method. Dari populasi sebanyak 18 perusahaan sub industri tekstil yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia diambil 8 perusahaan. Analisis data penelitian ini menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Return On Equity (ROE) dan Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) berpengaruh negatif dan signifikan terhadap valuasi saham. Sedangkan price earning ratio (PER) berpengaruh negatif tidak signifikan terhadap valuasi saham pada perusahaan sub industri tekstil yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2015-2019.
