Abstract

PT. Expression of Sarana Mandiri is a company engaged in outsourcing. Focusing on the results of salary recapitulation, calculations are carried out accurately and in detail when giving salaries to employees. The factors in calculating the salary are in accordance with the requirements of the relevant company, namely the number of attendance, profession, benefits, BPJS Health, and various other types of deductionsthat are made manually using the Microsoft Excel application. This use is inefficient because many errors occur and the results are not optimal in employee salaries. This allows for inaccuracies in data and calculations, because there is a high probability that data will not be included in the parameters for calculating employee salaries. In this case, the author focuses on using the DSS and MEA domains with the COBIT 5 framework. The problems that occur need to be checked for the Capability Level and Maturity Level values using the COBIT 5 framework with the domains DSS01, DSS02, DSS03, DSS04, DSS05, DSS06, MEA01 , MEA02 and MEA03. The value achieved at the Capability and Maturity Level is 3, which means that the business processes at the agency have supported performance improvements on data quality and the process has been successfully defined and complies with existing business process standards with the aim of knowing how far this application can be implemented and knowing the constraints, as well as deficiencies that exist when implementing the website. Keywords: COBIT Framework, Calculation of salaries, MEA, DSS, COBIT 5 PT. Ekspresi Sarana Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang outsourching. Berfokus pada hasil rekapitulasi gaji maka perhitungan dilakukan dengan akurat dan detail pada saat memberikan gaji ke karyawan. Faktor dalam perhitungan gaji tersebut sudah sesuai dengan syarat-syarat perusahaan terkait, yakni meliputi jumlah absensi masuk, profesi, tunjangan, BPJS Kesehatan, dan berbagai jenis potongan lainnya yang dibuat secara manual menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Penggunaan ini tidak efisien karena banyak terjadi kesalahan dan hasil yang tidak maksimal dalam gaji karyawan. Hal tersebut yang memungkinkan adanya ketidak akuratan data dan perhitungan, karena akan besar kemungkinan ada data yang tidak masuk dalam parameter perhitungan gaji karyawan. Dalam hal ini, penulis berfokus dengan menggunakan domain DSS dan MEA dengan framework COBIT 5. Permasalahan yang terjadi perlu dilakukan adanya pengecekan terhadap nilai Capability Level dan Maturity Level menggunakan framework COBIT 5 dengan domain DSS01, DSS02, DSS03, DSS04, DSS05, DSS06, MEA01, MEA02 dan MEA03. Nilai yang tercapai pada Capability dan Maturity Level adalah 3 yang berati Proses bisnis pada instansi sudah mendukung peningkatan performa pada data kualitatif dan prosesnya telah berhasil didefinisikan serta sesuai dengan standar proses bisnis yang ada dengan tujuan agar mengetahui sejauh mana aplikasi ini dapat diterapkan dan mengetahui kendala, serta kekurangan yang ada pada saat penerapan website.
