Abstract

PT. Chori Indonesia has quite a lot of export trade transaction processes and continues to grow every year. So that in the administration section, document storage is carried out by two ways of storing physical document archives that are entered into Bantex and computerized storage. However, in practice, there are still many problems such as the difficulty of finding documents if the connection error is due to the company's server being down, the absence of a special storage container for export activity documents, the absence of monitoring of graphs of export transactions in months or years, the difficulty of finding data and documents because they are separated in various ways. place and employee negligence that can cause data and documents to be deleted. This study aims to minimize the loss of export documents, increase the increase in export activities in months and years, and increase the effectiveness and amount of physical archive storage managed by the company. This study discusses the design and implementation of the e-filing information system application for export and import. Therefore, in this study, implementing the application using the prototype method. The results of this research can be applied by PT Chori Indonesia in the management of e-filing of export-import documents. Keywords: Document storage, E-Filling, Export-Import PT. Chori Indonesia memiliki proses transaksi perdagangan ekspor impor yang cukup banyak dan terus bertambah setiap tahunnya. Sehingga dalam bagian administrasi, penyimpanan dokumen dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu penyimpanan arsip dokumen fisik yang dimasukkan kedalam bantex dan penyimpanan secara terkomputerisasi. Namun dalam pelaksanaannya, masih terdapat banyak permasalahan seperti sulitnya mencari dokumen jika koneksi error akibat server perusahaan down, tidak adanya wadah penyimpanan khusus dokumen kegiatan ekspor impor, tidak adanya monitoring grafik transaksi kegiatan ekspor impor dalam periode bulan ataupun tahun, sulitnya pencarian data dan dokumen karena terpisah diberbagai tempat serta kelalaian karyawan yang dapat menyebabkan data dan dokumen terhapus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meminimalisir kehilangan dokumen ekspor impor, meningkatkan pemantauan grafik kegiatan ekspor impor dalam periode bulan ataupun tahun, dan meningkatkan efektifitas serta mengurangi besarnya penyimpanan arsip fisik yang dikelola perusahaan. Penelitian ini membahas mengenai rancang bangun dan implementasi aplikasi sistem informasi e-filing ekspor impor. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini, mengimplementasikan aplikasi menggunakan metode prototipe. Hasil penelitian ini dapat diterapkan oleh PT Chori Indonesia dalam pengelolaan e-filing dokumen expor impor. Kata Kunci: Penyimpanan dokumen, E-Filling, Ekspor-Impor.
