Abstract

At PT Yamaha Indonesia has recorded, but the recording is still done manually, this will lead to a dispute between the amount of goods entering and incoming goods and the actual number of goods. Therefore, we need a system for monitoring that can monitor and record the entry and exit of goods in every production activity. The purpose of making this application is as a monitoring that can be used to monitor and record the results of production activities. This application was made with Bootstrap to be a Responsive Web that looks can adjust the user's screen. By using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This system is tested using Black Box Testing to ensure the system runs well. Based on the results of testing the system. So it can be concluded that making this tracking system application can facilitate the leadership to monitor or monitor and record the results of production activities, and can facilitate the leadership to detect lost items during the production process. Key words: sistem tracking, web responsive, PHP, MySQL, report Pada PT Yamaha Indonesia sudah melakukan pencatatan, namun pencatatannya masih dilakukan secara manual, hal ini akan menimbulkan terjadinya perselisihan jumlah barang antara barang masuk dan jumlah barang keluar dengan jumlah barang yang sebenarnya. Maka dari itu dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk monitoring yang dapat memantau dan mendata keluar masuknya barang pada setiap kegiatan produksi. Tujuan pembuatan aplikasi ini yaitu sebagai monitoring yang dapat digunakan untuk memantau dan mendata hasil kegiatan produksi. aplikasi ini dibuat dengan Bootstrap agar menjadi Web Responsive yang tampilannya bisa menyesuaikan layar pengguna. Dengan menggunakan bahasa pemroraman PHP dan database MySQL. Sistem ini diuji menggunakan Black Box Testing untuk memastikan sistem berjalan dengan baik. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian sistem tersebut. Maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa pembuatan aplikasi sistem tracking ini dapat mempermudah pimpinan untuk memonitoring atau memantau dan mendata hasil kegiatan produksi, serta dapat mempermudah pimpinan untuk mendeteksi barang yang hilang pada saat proses produksi.
