Abstract

The Provincial Government of DKI Jakarta has developed an integrated mapping system called "Jakarta Satu," which provides comprehensive information. Through this system, the policies formulated by the provincial government can be consistently based on uniform data and information. The focus of this research is on road information within the framework of the government's program, "Satu Peta Satu Data Peta dan Informasi." By analyzing the Jakarta Satu geographical information system (GIS), it allows for easy access to road information for implementers, the public, and researchers, which can lead to cost savings in pre-survey processes. The primary objective of this research is to analyze the quality of the Jakarta Satu Geographic Information System (GIS) in the field of road infrastructure using the PIECES analysis method. PIECES stands for Performance, Information and Data, Economic, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. The benefits of this study include improving the application and enhancing future design quality to make it more effective. Additionally, the analytical framework can serve as a model for other public information services. The research analysis of the Jakarta Satu Geographic Information System in the field of road infrastructure classifies road constructions into several types: Asphalt (758), Concrete (186), Paving Block (47), Asphalt and Concrete (15), Soil (1), Paving Block and Concrete (1), with a total of 1008 road names and a total road area of 6,357,918.095 square meters. The road information displayed includes 9 pieces of information, with 1-2 pieces of information missing for each road. During functional testing of the geographic information system, there were no errors in displaying road information across 10 search attempts. It can be concluded that the Jakarta Satu Geographic Information System (GIS) in the field of road infrastructure is reliable and user-friendly, owing to the information it provides and its ease of use. Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta membangun sebuah sistem Peta terpadu yaitu Jakarta satu, dimana peta ini menyajikan Informasi-informasi. Melalui sistem ini, kebijakan yang diambil Pemprov dapat dilakukan secara konsisten berdasarkan pada kesamaan data dan informasi. Informasi yang akan dibahas peneliti yaitu tentang informasi jalan. Dengan adanya Program Pemerintah yaitu satu peta Satu Data Peta dan Informasi. Dengan menganalisa sistem informasi geografis Jakarta satu yang dapat memungkinkan pelaksana, masyarakat maupun peneliti mendapatkan informasi jalan agar dapat lebih mudah untuk pemrosesan seperti pelaksana menghemat biaya pra-survei. Berdasarkan tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu Menganalisa kualitas Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) Jakarta satu bidang kebinamargaan berdasarkan metode analisis PIECES, yang terdiri dari Performance, Information and Data, Economic, Control and Security, Efficiency, and Service. Manfaat untuk kedepannya untuk memperbaiki aplikasi ataupun peningkatan kualitas desain berikutnya, agar aplikasi ini dapat menjadi lebih baik lagi. Serta kerangka analisanya dapat ditiru untuk diterapkan pada layanan informasi publik lainnya. Hasil analisis dari peneliti tentang Sistem Informasi Geografis Jakarta satu bidang jalan dibagi menjadi beberapa jenis-jenis konstruksi yaitu; Aspal(758), Beton(186), Paving block(47), Aspal dan Beton(15), Tanah(1), Paving block dan Beton(1) dan dengan total 1008 Nama Jalan, dengan total luas jalan 6.357.918,095m2. Informasi-informasi bidang jalan yang ditampilkan adalah 9 informasi, dimana dari 9 informasi ada 1-2 informasi yang tidak tersedia pada tiap-tiap jalan. Pada saat pengujian fungsional sistem informasi geografis tidak terjadi kesalahan penampilan informasi jalan, dengan 10 kali percobaan proses pencarian informasi jalan. Dan dapat disimpulkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) Jakarta satu bidang kebinamargaan ini baik dan dapat diandalkan. dikarenakan informasi-informasi yang disajikan dan juga mudah dalam penggunaanya.
