Abstract

Air Conditioning (AC) Installation Work that has been completed and will be operated, cannot be operated immediately. Before and when it will be operated, it must be believed that the installation is completely safe to operate. To ensure that the installation of the AC unit is truly safe to operate, its existence must meet the specified technical conditions and requirements. It is necessary to do inspection and testing or it is called Testing and Commissioning. The method of collecting data is by conducting testing and commissioning including refrigerant pipe press test, airflow balancing test, dry cooler pipe press test, function test. The parameters used in the performance analysis are airflow, room temperature, pressure in the refrigerant pipe. From these parameters are processed into a complete data and compared with the specifications of the consultant. The BP Jamsostek Plaza building uses the AC VRV type in the Office area and CRAC in the Server Room. Based on the results of the refrigerant pipe press test, no leakage was identified, the initial and final pressures were the same, namely 500 Psi. Then the airflow balancing test results show that the average room temperature and water supply are 14.3 ° C and 20.5 ° C, and the average percentage between actual capacity and design capacity is -5%. This data shows that it is in accordance with the standard. After comparing the actual capacity with the design capacity, it was obtained from a total of 32 AC units, only 15 units were in accordance with the design capacity. For units that are not yet in accordance with the design capacity, it is necessary to check and retest because some of the existing AC units in the building do not meet the design capacity. Data from the testing and commissioning of the CRAC function shows that the time required for CRAC to return the temperature from 35 ° C to the initial temperature of 17 ° C is 9 minutes 33 seconds Keywords: Testing and Commissioning, VRV, CRAC, Actual Capacity Pekerjaan Instalasi Air Conditioning (AC) yang telah selesai dikerjakan dan akan dioperasikan, tidak serta merta langsung boleh dioperasikan. Sebelum dan pada saat akan dioperasikan harus diyakini terlebih dahulu bahwa instalasi tersebut benar-benar aman untuk dioperasikan. Untuk meyakini bahwa instalasi unit AC tersebut benar-benar aman dioperasikan, keberadaannya harus telah memenuhi ketentuan dan persyaratan teknis yang ditentukan. Perlu dilakukan pemeriksaan dan pengujian atau disebut Testing and Commisioning. Metode pengambilan data yaitu dengan melakukan testing and commissioning diantaranya tes tekan pipa refrigerant, tes airflow balancing, tes tekan pipa dry cooler, tes fungsi. Parameter-parameter yang digunakan dalam analisis performa adalah airflow, temperatur ruangan, tekanan di pipa refrigerant. Dari parameter tersebut diolah menjadi sebuah data lengkap dan dibandingkan dengan spesifikasi dari konsultan. Gedung Plaza BP Jamsostek ini menggunakan tipe AC VRV di Office area dan CRAC di Server Room. Berdasarkan hasil tes tekan pipa refrigerant tidak teridentifikasi kebocoran, tekanan awal dan akhir sama yaitu 500 Psi. Kemudian hasil tes airflow balancing menunjukan bahwa suhu ruangan dan supply air rata-rata adalah 14.3 °C dan 20.5 °C, serta persentase rata-rata antara actual capacity dengan design capacity yaitu -5%. Data tersebut menunjukan bahwa telah sesuai dengan standar. Setelah dibandingkan antara actual capacity dengan design capacity didapatkan dari total 32 unit AC hanya 15 unit yang sesuai design capacity. Untuk unit yang belum sesuai design capacity perlu dilakukankan pengecekan dan pengetesan kembali karena beberapa unit AC existing gedung tidak memenuhi design capacity. Data hasil Testing and commissioning fungsi CRAC menunjukan bahwa waktu yang dibutuhkan CRAC mengembalikan temperatur dari 35 °C ke temperatur awal 17 °C yaitu 9 menit 33 detik.
