Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Total Assets Turnover, Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover, and Net Profit Margin on profit growth. The population in this research is automotive companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 20172022. The sample in this study used saturated sampling method as many as 10 companies. The data collection uses from archive data and the research method is causality research using panel data regression. The research analysis used panel data regression with the selected model approach, namely the Common Effect Model. The results showed that the Current Ratio and Inventory Turnover has no effect to profit growth. As for the variable Total Asset Turnover and Net Profit Margin has a positive effect to profit growth. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh Total Assets Turnover, Current Ratio, Inventory Turnover, dan Net Profit Margin terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah perusahaan otomotif yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2017-2022. Sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode sampling jenuh yang berjumlah 10 perusahaan. Metode pengumpulan data arsip dan Metode penelitian adalah kausalitas dengan menggunakan analisis regresi data panel. Analisis penelitian menggunakan regresi data panel dengan pendekatan model yang terpilih, yaitu Common Effect Model. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Current Ratio dan Inventory Turnover tidak berpengaruh terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba. Sedangkan untuk variabel Total Asset Turnover dan Net Profit Margin berpengaruh positif terhadap Pertumbuhan Laba.
