Abstract
In a critical study of the ASN acceptance analysis of the information conveyed through the OPSI program broadcasted on MetroTV, the researcher intends to see the hidden conditions in the ASNs who are the subjects related to their acceptance of the broadcasted deradicalization program. The researcher tries to explore how the subjects perceive this information by exploring values, knowledge, and experiences related to conceptual issues related to the deradicalization of terrorism. This study utilizes a critical paradigm with a qualitative approach using Stuart Hall’s acceptance analysis. The results show that the understanding the informants possess on Jokowi’s Deradicalization Program has several positions of acceptance. An informant’s acceptance on one preferred text is not always linear with its interpretation of another preferred text. The results also show that all informants are in agreement that on a certain scale and a certain level of society, intolerance against the diversity of believes does appear to be more prominent in several political events in the country. Keyword: State Civil Servant (ASN), deradicalication, acceptance analysis Dalam kajian kritis tentang analisis resepsi ASN terhadap informasi yang disampaikan melalui tayangan OPSI di MetroTV, peneliti bermaksud melihat kondisi tersembunyi dalam diri para ASN yang menjadi subyek terkait dengan resepsi mereka terhadap program deradikalisasi yang ditayangkan. Peneliti mencoba mendalami bagaimana para subyek meresepsi informasi tersebut dengan menggali nilai, pengetahuan, dan pengalaman terkait hal-hal konseptual yang berhubungan dengan deradikalisasi terorisme. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma kritis dengan pendekatan kualitatif menggunakan analisis resepsi Stuart Hall. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa pemaknaan para informan tentang Program Deradikalisasi Menteri Jokowi memiliki beberapa posisi penerimaan. Penerimaan seorang informan terhadap satu preferred text tidak selalu linier dengan pemaknaannya atas preferred text yang lainnya. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa seluruh informan setuju bahwa dalam skala tertentu dan lapisan masyarakat tertentu, intoleransi terhadap keberagaman keyakinan memang tampak lebih menonjol pada beberapa peristiwa politik di tanah air.
