Abstract
This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of Self-efficacy, Servant Leadership and Organization Culture on Employee Performance with Organizational Citizenship Behavior as mediation variables in a more in-depth and comprehensive manner at PT Kharisma Potensia Indonesia. This study uses the Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis method with the help of the SmartPLS system. And based on the analysis, it was found that Servant Leadership has a positive and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has not been proven to mediate Self-Efficacy, Servant Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance. Self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Servant Leadership has a negative and insignificant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organization Culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Self-Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance. Organization Culture has a significant influence on Employee Performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior has a negative and insignificant effect on Employee Performance. Keywords: Self-Efficacy, Servant Leadership, Organization Culture, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh Self-efficacy, Servant Leadership dan Organization Culture terhadap Employee Performance dengan Organizational Citizenship Behavior sebagai variable mediasi dengan lebih mendalam dan komprehensif pada PT Kharisma Potensia Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisa Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan bantuan system SmartPLS. Dan berdasarkan hasil analisa didapati bahwa Servant Leadership berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Employee Performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior tidak terbukti memediasi Self-Efficacy, Servant Leadership dan Organizational Culture terhadap Employee Performance. Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Servant Leadership berpengaruh negatif dan tidak signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Organization Culture berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Self-Efficacy berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance. Organization Culture memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap Employee Performance. Organizational Citizenship Behavior berpengaruh negative dan tidak signifikan terhadap Employee Performance.
