Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership, motivation and job satisfaction on employee performance at a finance company in Indonesia. This research is a qualitative descriptive study, the population in this study are all employees of finance company in Indonesia, amounting to 405 employees, the sampling technique used is proportional random sampling with a sample size 0f 80 respondents. The data was collected through a questionnaire. The data analysis method used is multiple linear to test the hypothesis. Based on the data analysis, the results show that leadership, motivation and job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Keywords: Leadership, Motivation, Job Satisfaction and Employee Performance Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kepemimpinan, motivasi dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan pada salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan di Indonesia. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif, populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah semua karyawan salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan di Indonesia yang berjumlah 405 karyawan, teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah proposional random sampling dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 80 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui kuesioner. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analis regresi linier berganda untuk menguji hipotesis. Berdasarkan analisis data yang dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa kepemimpinan, motivasi, dan kepuasan kerja mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan.
