Abstract

In determining the priority level of a housing issue, precise calculations are necessary. This research aims to implement a problem reporting website to address complaints or issues recorded on the Problem Reporting Website. The main objectives include expediting the resolution process of citizen-reported problems using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, facilitating the work of the Task Force and citizens to be more effective and efficient, as well as organizing incoming and outgoing citizen problem reports in an orderly, neat, and clear manner. The variables to be examined consist of the severity level of a problem, and the sample size obtained comprises three problem criteria and twenty alternative problems. The sampling technique used in this research is survey and interview. The method employed in this study is the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). The research results will provide the priority level of each existing problem. The conclusion drawn from the priority determination is that it can assist users such as the Task Force in identifying problem resolution priorities, and citizens in preparing a platform to facilitate their reporting. Dalam Menentukan Tingkat prioritas suatu permasalahan hunian di butuhkan perhitungan yang tepat, Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengimplementasikan sebuah website pengaduan permasalahan guna mengatasi laporan keluhan atau permasalahan yang tercatat pada Website Pengaduan Masalah. Tujuan utama meliputi mempercepat penanggulangan dalam proses penyelesaian permasalahan yang dikeluhkan warga dengan menggunakan metode AHP, mempermudah pekerjaan Tim Petugas dan warga agar lebih efektif dan efisien, serta mengorganisir keluar masuknya laporan permasalahan warga dengan baik, rapi, dan jelas. Variabel yang akan diteliti berupa tingkat keparahan dalam suatu permasalahan, Jumlah sampel yang didapatkan terdiri dari tiga kriteria permasalahan serta dua puluh alternatif Permasalahan. untuk Teknik pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini berupa survei dan wawancara. Metode yang digunakan dalam penilitian ini adalah Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Hasil penelitian yang didapatkan berupa tingkat prioritas dari setiap permasalahan yang ada. Kesimpulan yang didapatkan bahwa dari penentuan prioritas ini dapat membantu pengguna seperti Petugas dalam menemtukan prioritas penanganan permasalahan, dan Penghuni dalam menyiapkan wadah untuk mempermudah sarana pengaduannya.
