Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediation. This research is a quantitative research. The population in this study was the West Jakarta Mayor's Office employees as many as 130 employees, with a total sample of 100 employees. The analysis method used Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). The results of the study found that the work environment did not have a significant impact on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on job satisfaction. The work environment has a significant effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture and work environment simultaneously have a significant effect on job satisfaction. There is a simultaneous significant influence of organizational culture, work environment, and job satisfaction on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance, and the work environment has an indirect effect on employee performance through job satisfaction variables. Keywords: Organizational culture, Work environment, Employee performance, Job satisfaction Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai dengan kepuasan kerja sebagai mediasi. Penelitan ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kantor Walikota Jakarta Barat sebanyak 130 orang peagwai, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang pegawai. Metode analisis data menggunakan Structural Equation Model-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS). Hasil penelitian menemukan bahwa lingkungan kerja tidak memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Budaya organisasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Kepuasan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Budaya organisasi dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh signifikan secara simultan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Terdapat pengaruh yang signifikan secara simultan budaya organisasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja pegawai.kepuasan kerja mampu memediasi pengaruh budaya orgnisasi terhadap kinerja pegawai, dan lingkungan kerja berpengaruh secara tidak langsung terhadap kinerja pegawai melalui variabel kepuasan kerja.
