Abstract

Development of the industrial world, especially in the manufacturing sector and relationship between suppliers and a material procurement process cannot be separated. This is supported by technological developments which are also progressing so that competition between companies is getting tougher. Therefore, companies are required to be able to pay attention to some of the necessary criteria. PT. SPV is currently selecting suppliers only based on price criteria, because of this has an impact on product quality and delivery performance. The purpose of this research is PT. SPV capable to select suppliers using methods that pay attention to several criteria that must be considered using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method with data collection techniques using questionnaires. Selection of suppliers at PT. The SPV is currently only based on the lowest price criteria along with the payment mechanism, and ignoring several other criteria that are important to consider. After using the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, benchmarks in supplier selection, especially in the order of priority criteria, quality 56%, delivery 22%, price 14% and service 8%. The order of suppliers based on the weight of the criteria is 1st place PT. EBP, 2nd place PT. PBM, 3rd place PT. GR, 4th place PT. FM, 5th place PT. PT. SS and 6th place PT. PSM. Suggestions for future supplier selection must consider criteria based on priority order that aims to provide benefits and make the company better. Keywords : Suppliers, Analytical Hierarchy Process Perkembangan dunia industri terutama pada bidang manufaktur dan hubungan antara pemasok dengan sebuah proses pengadaan material tidak dapat dipisahkan. Hal ini didukung dengan perkembangan teknologi yang juga mengalami kemajuan sehingga persaingan antar perusahaan semakin ketat. Oleh karena itu, perusahaan dituntut untuk dapat memperhatikan beberapa kriteria yang diperlukan. PT. SPV saat ini dalam memilih pemasok hanya berdasarkan hanya kriteria harga, tentu saja berdampak pada kualitas produk yang memburuk dan performa delivery yang tidak baik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah PT. SPV dapat memilih pemasok dengan metode yang memperhatikan beberapa kriteria yang harus dipertimbangkan menggunakan Metode Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) dengan teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner. Pemilihan pemasok pada PT. SPV saat ini hanya berdasarkan kriteria harga yang termurah beserta mekanisme pembayarannya dengan mengabaikan beberapa kriteria lainnya yang penting untuk jadi pertimbangan. Setelah menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) tolok ukur dalam pemilihan pemasok khususnya pada urutan prioritas kriteria yaitu kualitas 56%, delivery 22%, harga 14% dan pelayanan 8%. Urutan pemasok berdasarkan bobot kriteria yaitu urutan ke-1 PT. EBP, Urutan ke-2 PT. PBM, urutan ke-3 PT. GR, urutan ke-4 PT. FM, urutan ke-5 PT. PT. SS dan urutan ke-6 PT. PSM. Saran untuk pemilihan pemasok kedepannya harus mempertimbangkan kriteria berdasarkan urutan prioritas yang bertujuan untuk memberi keuntungan dan menjadikan perusahaan lebih baik.
