Abstract
Abstract—Shoes and Care is the first premium shoe care service in Yogyakarta and the first premium shoe care service in Indonesia based on social media. Shoes and Care conducts professional shoe care with special techniques, as well as using premium tools and materials for shoe care, both local and foreign products. Consumers who visit Shoes and Care Jakarta outlets are increasing over time so that data written by Shoes and Care employees are booked irregular reports and there are often errors in the delivery of goods and even lost shoes. The lack of a system that can help Shoes and Care employees in managing consumer transaction data. Then a system that can manage consumer transaction data is needed to prevent errors such as shoe loss. Therefore Shoes and Care requires a system of selling shoe care services, which includes the ordering system of shoe care services, buying and selling shoe care equipment at Shoes and Care Jakarta in order to facilitate in managing consumer transaction data. Keywords—Information System, Booking, Waterfall Abstrak— Shoes and Care merupakan jasa perawatan premium sepatu yang pertama di Yogyakarta dan jasa perawatan perawatan premium sepatu pertama di Indonesia yang berbasis media sosial. Shoes and Care melakukan perawatan sepatu secara profesional dengan teknik khusus, serta menggunakan alat dan bahan premium untuk perawatan sepatu, baik produk lokal maupun luar negeri. Konsumen yang mengunjungi outlet Shoes and Care Jakarta semakin meningkat seiring berjalannya waktu sehingga data yang ditulis oleh pegawai Shoes and Care dibuku laporan tidak teratur dan sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pengantaran barang bahkan kehilangan sepatu. Belum adanya sistem yang dapat membantu pegawai Shoes and Care dalam mengelola data transaksi konsumen. Maka diperlukan sistem yang dapat mengelola data transksi konsumen untuk mencegah terjadinya kesalahan seperti kehilangan sepatu. Oleh karena itu Shoes and Care membutuhkan sistem penjualan jasa perawatan sepatu, yang meliputi tentang sistem pemesanan jasa perawatan sepatu, jual beli alat perawatan sepatu pada Shoes and Care Jakarta agar dapat memudahkan dalam mengelola data transaksi konsumen.
