Abstract

Public Relations Strategy for Admission Consultant in Forming Indonesian Hacktiv8 Company Image Bibiografi: 5 Chapters 105 Pages + Appendix 27 Books + 2 Internet Public Relations Strategy is formed by certain elements, especially corporate strategies related to the environment, conditions, vision or direction, goals and objectives of a pattern that forms the basis of the company's culture. The research was conducted to find out how the PR strategy carried out by the Admission Consultant team of the Hacktiv8 Indonesia company to its students. A company, regardless of its type of business, must have a good image for the survival of the company itself. This research uses a qualitative research approach with descriptive research methods. This study conducted in-depth interviews with sources that aimed to explain and understand the object under study specifically. The results of the study show that the Admission Consultant team at Hacktiv8 Indonesia implemented a Public Relations strategy process consisting of Fact Finding (Problem Identification), Planning (Planning), Action and Communication (Action and Communication), and Evaluation (Evaluation). This Public Relations strategy process is implemented in both online and offline activities. The form of the implementation of the activities also had an impact on the company's image of Hacktiv8 Indonesia. Penelitian dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana Strategi PR yang dilakukan oleh tim Admission Consultant perusahaan Hacktiv8 Indonesia kepada para siswa nya. Suatu perusahaan apapun jenis usahanya harus mempunyai citra yang baik demi keberlangsungan perusahaan itu sendiri. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kulitatif dengan metode penelitian deskriptif. Penelitian ini melakukan wawancara mendalam kepada narasumber yang bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan memahami objek yang diteliti secara khusus. Hasil dari penelitian menunjukan bahwa tim Admission Consultant pada perusahaan Hacktiv8 Indonesia menerapkan proses strategi Public Relations yang terdiri dari Fact Finding ( Identifiksi Masalah ) , Planning ( Perencanaan ) , Action and Communication ( Aksi dan Komunikadi ) , dan Evaluation ( Evaluasi ). Proses strategi Public Relations ini diimplementasikan dalam kegiatan baik online dan offline. Bentuk implementasi kegiatan juga berdampak pada citra perusahaan Hacktiv8 Indonesia.
