Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of company size, capital structure (ROA), profitability (DER) and sales growth in food and beverage sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the period 2013-2018. The population of this study were 12 chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used purposive sampling, so that the samples used were 7 companies in the chemical sub-sector that had criteria and obtained as many as 42 objects of observation (observation). The data collection method uses the library method, by downloading the annual report data of the chemical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2013-2018. The data analysis method uses panel data regression method with the help of Eviews 9 software program. The results of this study indicate that company size affects firm value (PBV), capital structure (ROA) affects firm value (PBV), profitability (DER) does not affect firm value (PBV) and sales growth have an effect on firm value (PBV). Keyword : company value, price book value, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, total asset turnover and return on asset. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh ukuran perusahaan, struktur modal (ROA), profitabilitas (DER) dan sales growth pada perusahaan sub sektor makanan dan minuman yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) periode tahun 2013-2018. Populasi penelitian ini sebanyak 12 perusahaan sub sektor kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan purposive sampling, sehingga sampel yang digunakan adalah sebanyak 7 perusahaan sub sektor kimia yang memiliki kriteria dan di dapat sebanyak 42 objek observasi (pengamatan). Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan metode perpustakaan, dengan mengunduh data laporan tahunan perusahaan sub sektor kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode tahun 2013-2018. Metode analisis data menggunakan metode regresi data panel dengan bantuan program software Eviews 9. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa ukuran perusahaan berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), struktur modal (ROA) berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), profitabilitas (DER) tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV), dan sales growth berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan (PBV).
