Abstract

Development in Indonesia has experienced a high increase. The increase in development is accompanied by the progress of the images used. The need for technical drawings is needed for the development implementation process. In the implementation of construction projects, the target of project management is the fulfillment of quality requirements. In this connection, equipment, materials and working methods are considered to meet quality requirements. In this case, technical drawings, especially shop drawings, can be used as a guide in carrying out work on the project, but there are still errors in the implementation in the field. The writing methodology in this final project uses a combination of qualitative and quantitative methods. To obtain the data in this study, this study made direct observations, distributed questionnaires and requested data from the project. Then the results of the questionnaires would be tested by the instrument using the SPSS program, in order to obtain accurate data regarding the analysis of the effect of engineering drawings on the results of the quality of work on the project. Louvin Apartments. From the statistical results, it was obtained that the factors influencing technical drawings on the results of the quality of work on the PT PP Louvin Apartment project were: Factors understanding technical drawings on the Engineering side (XA), Factors understanding shop drawings on the field implementer (XB) and Factors changing drawings or redesign (XC). The results of the analysis using the regression equation show that the relationship between the results of the quality of work on the PT PP Louvin Apartment project and the factors above is as follows: Y = 3,574 + 0,233XA + 0,336XB - 0,405XC. Keywords: Engineering drawings and their implementation, construction projects, SPSS Pembangunan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan yang tinggi, Peningkatan akan pembangunan tersebut diiringi juga dengan kemajuan gambar yang dipakai. Kebutuhan akan gambar teknik diperlukan untuk proses pelaksanaan pembangunan. Dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi, adapun sasaran pengelolaan proyek adalah pemenuhan persyaratan mutu. Dalam hubungan ini, suatu peralatan, material dan cara kerja dianggap memenuhi persyaratan mutu. Dalam hal ini gambar teknik khususnya shop drawing dapat menjadi pedoman dalam pelaksanaan pekerjaan di proyek, namun dalam implementasinya masih terdapat kesalahan pada pelaksanaan di lapangan. Metodologi penulisan pada tugas akhir ini menggunakan metode kombinasi kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Untuk mendapatkan data dalam penelitian ini, penelitian ini melakukan pengamatan langsung, melakukan penyebaran kuisioner serta meminta data-data dari proyek yang kemudian hasil kuisioner akan diuji instrument menggunakan program SPSS, sehingga diperoleh data yang akurat mengenai analisis pengaruh gambar teknik terhadap hasil mutu pekerjaan pada Proyek Louvin Apartment. Dari hasil statistik diperoleh faktor – faktor pengaruh gambar teknik terhadap hasil mutu pekerjaan proyek PT PP Louvin Apartment yaitu : Faktor pemahaman gambar teknik pada pihak Engineering (XA), Faktor pemahaman gambar shop drawing pada pihak pelaksana lapangan (XB) dan Faktor perubahan gambar atau redesign (XC). Hasil analisis yang dilakukan persamaan regresi menunjukkan hubungan antara hasil mutu pekerjaan pada proyek PT PP Louvin Apartment dengan faktor – faktor di atas, adalah sebagai berikut : Y = 3,574 + 0,233XA + 0,336XB - 0,405XC.
