Abstract

PT. Vista Mandiri Gemilang is one of the companies engaged in the field of textile, where the product produced here more focus on underwear for men. However, the company has a problems especially in the knitting section, because the recording of cloth produced bt the knitting operator is still done manually, thereby affecting the value of wages to be given to the operator. Wages given to the operator depend on the recording of their fabric production, because it is still done manually so that there is often an error in the calculation of wages. And the recording report is only the admin who knows it, it absence of a clear system makes the financial parties difficult to obtain the correct and appropriate reports. To overcome these problems, it takes a system to monitor the recording of the fabric production that is produced every day so that there is no fault in the reward of the operator. Vista Mandiri Gemilang merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang garment, dimana produk yang dihasilkan disini lebih fokus kepada pakaian dalam untuk laki-laki. Namun perusahaan tersebut mengalami permasalahan terutama di bagian rajut, karena pencatatan produksi kain yang dihasilkan oleh operator bergantung kepada pencatatan hasil produksi kain mereka, karena masih dilakukan secara manual sehingga sering terjadi kesalahan dalam perhitungan upah. Dan laporan pencatatan tersebut hanya pihak admin yang mengetahuinya, tidak adanya sistem yang jelas membuat pihak manager sulit untuk mendapatkan laporan yang benar dan sesuai. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut, dibutuhkan sebuah sistem untuk memantau pencatatan jumlah produksi kain yang dihasilkan setiap hari sehingga tidak terjadi kesalahan dalam pemberian upah pada operator
