Abstract

The product that was created through the development of Information Technology is one of the software. Software is a product that does not materialize, so it requires knowledge of making good and efficient software. Project management software is an important part of software development, therefore project management is needed in the design of the software. The project management process at PT. Multimedia Nusantara is still not synchronized with the system. At present, the process uses Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email media. However, the current process is less effective because there is no control in carrying out the tasks assigned. After all, it still uses Microsoft Excel and there are also often problems that occur in projects that are not recorded. The system designed will facilitate the project management process from project initiation until the project is ready to be submitted to the client, as well as KPI (Key Performance Indicator) calculations to determine the productivity of each team member. For the development of the system using the waterfall method. Making this application program using PHP programming language, MySQL database, Apache web server, and PhpStorm as application development software. After this application is made it is expected to increase the productivity and effectiveness of a team is working on a project. Key words: KPI, Project Management, Waterfall Produk yang diciptakan melalui perkembangan Teknologi Informasi salah saturnya adalah perangkat lunak. Perangkat lunak merupakan produk tidak terwujud sehingga dibutuhkan pengetahuan membuat perangkat lunak yang baik dan efisien. Manajemen proyek perangkat lunak merupakan bagian yang penting dalam pembangunan perangkat lunak, oleh sebab itu dibutuhkan manajemen proyek dalam perancangan perangkat lunak tersebut. Proses manajemen proyek pada PT. Multimedia Nusantara masih belum tersinkronisasi dengan system. Saat ini, proses tersebut menggunakan media Microsoft Word, Excel, dan Email. Namun, proses yang berjalan saat ini kurang efektif karena tidak ada control dalam menajalankan tugas yang diberikan karena masih menggunakan Microsoft Excel dan juga sering terjadi permasalahan yang ada dalam proyek yang tidak tercatat. Sistem yang dirancang akan memfasilitasi proses pengelolaan proyek mulai dari inisiasi proyek hingga proyek siap diserahkan ke client, serta perhitungan KPI (Key Performance Indicator) untuk mengetahui produktifitas setiap anggota tim. Untuk pengembangan sistemnya menggunakan metode waterfall. Pembuatan program aplikasi ini menggunakan Bahasa pemrograman PHP, database MySQL, web server Apache, serta PhpStorm sebagai software pengembangan aplikasi. Setelah aplikasi ini dibuat diharapkan dapat meningkatkan produktifitas dan efektifitas sebuah tim dalam mengerjakan sebuah proyek. Kata kunci: KPI, Manajemen Proyek, Waterfall
