Abstract
Financial documents consist of record of book-keeping evidence and supporting data for financial administration, which are evidence of rights and obligations as well as the business activities of an organization. In archiving financial documents, it is now supported by technological advances. So that many companies and goverment agencies use a system based on a website because it can be accessed easily and efficiently. Therefore, a websitebased financial document filling application was built to support the filing process of financial documents to facilitate reporting and control of these documents. Where with an effective system and the filling process by the administrator is easier. Can provide complete information both incoming documents, exit document and document destruction. Key words: Financial documents, e-filling, website, administrator Dokumen keuangan terdiri dari catatan bukti pembukuan, dan data pendukung administrasi keuangan yang merupakan bukti adanya hak dan kewajiban serta kegiatan usaha suatu organisasi. Dalam mengarsipkan dokumen keuangan saat ini sudah didukung oleh kemajuan teknologi. Sehingga banyak perusahaan maupun instansi pemerintahan menggunakan suatu sistem yang berbasi website karena dapat diakses secara mudah dan efisien. Oleh karena itu dibangun aplikasi e-filling dokumen keuangan yang berbasis website untuk mendukung proses pengarsipan dokumen keuangan untuk memudahkan dalam pelaporan maupun pengendalian dokumen tersebut. Dimana dengan adanya sistem yang efektif dan proses pengarsipan oleh administrator lebih mudah. Dapat memberikan informasi lengkap baik dokumen masuk, dokumen keluar dan pemusnahan dokumen.
