Abstract

Traffic congestion is a common issue in major cities across Indonesia. Situ Cipondoh is a tourist area in Tangerang City with relatively high activity, especially during peak hours. Side obstructions significantly impact the road service level at the study location. This research aims to analyze the road segment's performance, propose alternative solutions, and simulate traffic conditions on KH Hasyim Ashari Street, specifically in front of the Situ Cipondoh tourist area. In this study, data analysis was conducted using the MKJI 1997 method, and microsimulation of traffic was performed using the PTV Vissim software to model realworld conditions. The survey was conducted over three days: Monday, June 5, 2023; Thursday, June 15, 2023; and Sunday, June 18, 2023, with data collected every two hours in the morning, afternoon, and evening. The survey included traffic volume, side obstructions, and road inventory data. The analysis resulted in a road segment performance level (LOS) of "F," indicating congested traffic conditions. An alternative solution for the road segment involved converting it into a one-way street, resulting in a road service level of "A," indicating free-flowing traffic, low volume, high speed, and drivers being able to choose their desired speed. Keywords: Road Performance, MKJI 1997, PTV Vissim Kemacetan merupakan salah satu permasalahan yang sering terjadi di setiap kota besar di Indonesia. Situ Cipondoh merupakan kawasan wisata di Kota Tangerang yang mempunyai aktivitas cukup tinggi, terutama pada jam sibuk. Faktor hambatan samping sangat berpengaruh terhadap tingkat pelayanan jalan pada lokasi studi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kinerja ruas jalan, alternatif solusi, serta simulasi lalu-lintas pada Jalan KH Hasyim Ashari tepatnya di depan kawasan wisata Situ Cipondoh. Dalam penelitian ini analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode MKJI 1997 dan mikrosimulasi lalu lintas menggunakan software PTV Vissim untuk memodelkan kondisi yang terjadi di lapangan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 3 hari yaitu pada hari Senin tanggal 5 Juni 2023, hari Kamis tanggal 15 Juni 2023, dan pada hari Minggu tanggal 18 Juni 2023 setiap 2 jam pagi, siang, dan sore. Berdasarkan survei yang dilakukan didapat data volume lalu lintas, data hambatan samping, dan data inventarisasi jalan. Diperoleh hasil analisis kinerja ruas jalan dengan tingkat pelayanan (LOS) “F” dimana kondisi arus yang terhambat. Alternatif solusi pada ruas jalan dilakukan dengan mengubah tipe jalan menjadi jalan satu-arah sehingga tingkat pelayanan ruas jalan menjadi “A” dimana kondisi arus bebas, volume rendah dan kecepatan tinggi, serta pengemudi dapat memilih kecepatan yang dikehendaki.
