Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh return on assets, struktur modal, dan kebijakan dividen terhadap nilai perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan sampel pada sektor consumer non-cyclicals di Bursa Efek Indonesia selama periode 2018 – 2021. Jumlah perusahaan yang dijadikan sampel sebanyak 45 perusahaan. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan purposive sampling, total sampel penelitian adalah 180 laporan keuangan, pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa return on assets berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, struktur modal berpengaruh negatif dan signifkan terhadap nilai perusahaan, sedangkan kebijakan dividen berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan., Kata Kunci : return on assets, struktur modal, kebijakan dividen dan nilai perusahaan This study aims to analyze the effect of return on assets, capital structure, and dividend policy on company value. This study uses samples in the consumer non-cyclicals sector on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2018 – 2021. The number of companies sampled was 45 companies. Data collection technique using purposive sampling, the total sample of the study was 180 financial statements, hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression method. The results showed that return on assets has a positive and significant effect on company value, capital structure has a negative and significant effect on company value, while policy dividends have a positive and insignificant effect on the value of the company., Keywords: return on assets, capital structure, dividend policy and company value
