Abstract
The development of information and communication technology has recently grown rapidly in all fields, one of which is information systems in the form of websites and mobile applications which are widely used in the industrial, entertainment and health sectors. However, in the midwifery sector, users of this information technology are still rarely applied. In the case study at the BPM Rachmiati, A.md., the system design is still conventional, because the administrative system and clinical services are organized manually. This is less effective and efficient which causes the workload to increase, the process of finding information is quite long and the risk of losing important data will often occur. So this website-based application was designed which can be a solution to this problem. This application is built using the ReactJS library with the Javascript programming language, TailwindCSS, and Supabase as the database. The application is also equipped with an expert system using forward chaining which can detect whether a pregnancy is included in the healthy or risky pregnancy category based on the 10T ANC standard. The information system quickly and accurately through the midwifery information system makes it easier to monitor health information and administration, a breakthrough for midwifery agencies. The system created can make it easier for patients and midwives to record and convey health information. Keywords: Forward Chaining, Monitoring, Pregnancy, ReactJS Perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi akhir-akhir ini telah berkembang pesat disegala bidang salah satunya pada sistem informasi dalam bentuk website dan Mobile Application yang banyak digunakan dalam sektor Industri, Hiburan maupun Kesehatan. Namun dalam sektor kebidanan, pengguna teknologi informasi ini masih jarang untuk diterapkan. Pada studi kasus di BPM Rachmiati, A.Md, rancangan sistem masih tergolong konvensional, dikarenakan sistem administrasi dan pelayanan klinik yang terorganisir secara manual. Hal tersebut kurang efektif dan efisien yang menyebabkan beban kerja bertambah, proses mencari infromasi yang cukup lama dan resiko hilangnya data-data penting akan sering terjadi. Maka dirancanglah aplikasi berbasis website ini yang dapat menjadi solusi permasalahan tersebut. Aplikasi ini dibuat menggunakan library ReactJS dengan Bahasa pemrograman Javascript, TailwindCSS, dan Supabase sebagai basis data. Aplikasi juga dilengkapi dengan sistem pakar menggunakan forward chaining yang dapat mendeteksi apakah kehamilan termasuk dalam kategori kehamilan sehat atau beresiko berdasarkan standar 10T ANC. Sistem informasi secara cepat dan tepat melalui sistem informasi kebidanan ini mempermudah dalam monitoring informasi kesehatan dan administrasi sebuah terobosan untuk instansi kebidanan. Sistem yang dibuat dapat mempermudah pasien dan bidan dalam mendata dan memperoleh sebuah informasi kehamilan. Kata Kunci : Forward Chaining, Monitoring, Ibu Hamil, ReactJS
