Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication with learning agility among employees at private bank X Central Jakarta. Respondents in this study were 72 employees (24 male, 48 female) respondents with a minimum working period of 1 year where the respondents were selected by accidental sampling. This research instrument uses adaptation and modification measurement tools with total of 36 valid items for learning agility (De Meuse, 2015) with Cronbach's Alpha 0.920 and 20 items for emotional intelligence (Salovey in Goleman, 2015: 56) with Cronbach's Alpha 0.899, while interpersonal communication consists of 28 items (Rubin and Martin, 1994) with a Cronbach's Alpha value of 0.905. Analysis of the data in this study use correlation techniques. The results of this study indicate a positive relationship between emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication with learning agility by producing a P = 0.000 <0.05, which means that a significant relationship means that the higher the emotional intelligence and interpersonal communication, the higher the learning agility that is owned by X bank employees. The degree of relationship of the three variables simultaneously produces a correlation coefficient value, namely R = 0.890. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kecerdasan emosional dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan learning agility pada karyawan di bank swasta X Jakarta Pusat. Responden dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 72 karyawan ( 24 laki-laki, 48 perempuan) responden dengan masa kerja minimal 1 tahun yang dimana responden terpilih secara accidental sampling. Instrument penelitian ini menggunakan alat ukur adaptasi dan mosifikasi dengan total 36 item valid untuk learning agility(De Meuse, 2015) dengan denganCronbach’s Alpha 0,920 dan 20 item untuk kecerdasan emosional (Salovey dalam Goleman, 2015: 56)denganCronbach’s Alpha 0,899 , Sedangkan komunikasi interpersonal terdiri dari 28 item (Rubin dan Martin,1994) dengan nilai Cronbach’s Alpha 0,905. Analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik korelasional. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan adanya hubungan yang positif antara kecerdasan emosinal dan komunikasi interpersonal dengan learning agility dengan menghasilkan nilai sig P = 0,000 < 0,05 yang artinya hubungan yang signifikan berarti semakin tinggi kecerdasan emosinal dan komunikasi interpersonal maka akan semakin tinggi learning agility yang dimiliki karyawan bank X .Tingkat derajat hubungan ketiga variabel secara simultan menghasilkan nilai koefisien korelasi yaitu R= 0,890.
