Abstract

Elevator control systems used in high-rise buildings generally use a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system. In making this prototype, another alternative is used to replace the role of the PLC in controlling the working elevator process, namely using the Arduino Nano Microcontroller. 3-floor elevator prototype using a microcontroller was made including 3 parts, namely the elevator frame, the elevator cabin and the controller. The first design: The frame is made of a 3-floor elevator, where each floor has 3 level sensors on each floor used as a barrier to the movement of the elevator, 3 sensors are used to call the elevator cage and for floor needs, one dc motor is used to drive up and down the elevator cabin. And the last stage is the control design (controller) which at this stage requires an electronic circuit (hardware) as a minimum circuit, where all circuits are all controlled by a programmed microcontroller, so that they can carry out the desired processes. Elevator can move up and down to reach the floor you want to go to, it can be seen that the elevator control system is functioning properly. Sistem kendali elevator yang digunakan di gedung - gedung bertingkat umumnya menggunakan sistem kontrol PLC ( Programmable Logic Controller ). Dalam pembuatan prototype ini menggunakan alternatife lain untuk menggantikan peran PLC dalam mengendalikan proses elevator yang bekerja yaitu menggunakan Mikrokontroler Arduino nano. Prototype elevator 3 lantai menggunakan mikrokontroler dibuat meliputi 3 bagian yaitu rangka lift, kabin elevator dan pengontrol (controller). Rancangan pertama : Rangka dibuat elevator 3 lantai, dimana tiap lantai memiliki 3 sensor level pada tiap lantai digunakan sebagai pembatas pergerakan elevator, 3 sensor digunakan untuk memanggil sangkar elevator dan untuk keperluan lantai, satu motor dc sebagai penggerak naik turun kabin elevator. Dan tahap terakhir perancangan kendali (controller) yang mana pada tahap ini membutuhkan rangkaian elektronika (hardware) sebagai rangkaian minimalnya, dimana semua rangkaian semuanya dikendalikan oleh mikrokontroler yang telah diprogram, sehingga dapat melakukan proses-proses yang diinginkan. Elevator dapat bergerak naik turun untuk mencapai lantai yang ingin dituju, maka dapat diketahui sistem kontrol elevator berfungsi dengan baik.
