Abstract
This study aims to analyze digital literacy competency measurement instruments using a situational judgment test. Testing measuring instruments using the Rasch model analysis. This study contributes to the validation and analysis of research instruments using Rasch modeling. The population is the students of Mercu Buana University in Jakarta. Minimum Research Sample A total of 200 samples This study aims to analyze digital literacy competency measurement instruments using a situational judgment test. Testing measuring instruments using the Rasch model analysis. This study contributes to the validation and analysis of research instruments using Rasch modeling. The population is the students of Mercu Buana University in Jakarta. Minimum Research Sample A total of 200 samples. Analysis with the Rasch Model produces a fit statistics analysis which provides information to researchers whether the data obtained ideally depicts that people who have high capabilities provide patterns of answers to items according to their level of difficulty. The parameters used are the infit and outfit of the mean square and standardized values Keywords: situational judgment test, digital literacy, RASCH Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis instrumen pengukuran kompetensi digital literacy dengan menggunakan alat ukur situational judgment test. Pengujian alat ukur menggunakan analisis model Rasch. Tingkat Kesiapterapan Teknologi berada pada level empat. Penelitian ini berkontribusi terhadap validasi dan analisis intrumen penelitian dengan mengguanakan pemodelan Rasch. Penelitian ini termasuk penelitian unggulan dasar strategis tentang keberlangsungan bisnis, dengan dengan topik Human Capital Management dengan sub topik khusus yang membahas mengenai Performance khususnya dalam menganalisis intrumen pengukuran kompetensi dengan SJT.
