Abstract

Building Automation System (BAS) is a communication network infrastructure that regulates various building services such as lighting monitoring and control as well as temperature for energy savings and maintenance costs. BAS is an example of a Distributed Control System (DCS). A building that is controlled using BAS is commonly called a smart building. Therefore, BAS can be applied to the arrangement of lights and room air conditioners as an effort of energy management. So the writer wants to design a BAS system at an affordable cost, can be implemented directly, and has good performance. Based on the analysis and testing results that have been carried out on this design, it is found that the room temperature of the Boarding Lounge Terminal 2E of Soekarno-Hatta Airport with few visitors, medium visitors, crowded visitors averages 25.2 ℃, 27.2 ℃, and 28.4 ℃. Respond Time Control close, the time required from the specified temperature to the relay close is with a few visitors, medium visitors, busy visitors averaged by 0.326 seconds, 0.280 seconds, and 0.264 seconds. Respond Time Control is open, the time required from the specified temperature to the relay open is with a few visitors, medium visitors, busy visitors respectively at an average of 2,934 seconds, 1,928 seconds and 2,538 seconds. And the cost of designing a Building Automation System using Arduino requires a fee of IDR 430,000.00. Keywords: BAS, Arduino, Sensor PIR, DHT11, Smart Building Building Automation System (BAS) merupakan infrastruktur jaringan komunikasi yang mengatur berbagai layanan bangunan seperti monitoring dan control penerangan serta temperatur untuk penghematan energy dan biaya pemeliharaan. BAS adalah contoh dari system kontrol terdistribusi atau Distributed Control System (DCS). Suatu bangunan yang dikontrol menggunakan BAS biasa disebut dengan bangunan cerdas. Dengan demikian, BAS dapat diterapkan untuk pengaturan lampu serta AC ruangan sebagai upaya dari manajemen energi Sehingga penulis ingin merancang suatu sistem BAS dengan biaya yang terjangkau, dapat diimplementasikan secara langsung dan memiliki performa yang baik. Berdasarkan hasil Analisa dan pengujian yang telah dilakukan pada perancangan ini, didapatkan suhu ruangan Boarding Lounge Terminal 2E Bandara Soekarno-Hatta dengan pengunjung sedikit, pengunjung sedang, pengunjung ramai berturut-turut rata-rata sebesar 25.2℃, 27.2℃ dan 28.4℃. Respond Time Kontrol close, waktu yang diperlukan dari suhu yang ditentukan hingga relay close adalah dengan pengunjung sedikit, pengunjung sedang, pengunjung ramai berturut-turut rata-rata sebesar 0.326 detik, 0.280 detik dan 0.264 detik.
