Abstract
PT. Bina Karya is a company engaged in sales of household appliances such as a clothesline clothes rack, plate and aluminum ladder. The development of technology and supported by the development of software or hardware that is more advanced and will help facilitate the processing of data out of incoming goods so that effectiveness and efficiency in the company's performance can be achieved. Currently, implemtasinya in the field face major obstacles when the system out of the incoming goods in the warehouse, so on PT. Community development work in processing systems out of incoming goods are not directional and organized so that the function and purpose of information security as well as an influx of irregular goods out. Preparation of incoming goods out system is an activity consisting of data receipt of goods, sales data item, return data as well as data on stock items that reported all activities out of the incoming goods in the PT. Bina in Work per day or per month. The purpose of this research is to make the design of the computerized system applications out of the incoming goods efficiently and create the PHP programming language into implemtasinya. The result of this writing is able to assist and expedite the processing of incoming goods data out as well as the supervision of the incoming goods flow out so penyamapaian information more effectively and efficiently. Key words: information system, Inventory. PT.Bina Karya merupakan suatu perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang penjualan alat-alat rumah tangga seperti jemuran baju,rak piring dan tangga aluminium. Perkembangan teknologi dengan didukung dengan perkembangan software maupun hardware yang semakin maju dan akan banyak membantu mempermudah pengolahan data keluar masuk barang sehingga efektifitas dan efisiensi kinerja dalam perusahaan dapat tercapai. Realita yang ada, implemtasinya didalam lapangan menghadapi kendala utama ketika pada sistem keluar masuk barang dibagian gudang,jadi pada PT.Bina Karya dalam sistem pengolahan keluar masuk barang tidak terarah dan terorganisir sehingga fungsi dan tujuan serta keamanan suatu informasi keluar masuknya barang tidak teratur. Sistem persedian keluar masuk barang merupakan suatu kegiatan yang terdiri dari data penerimaan barang, data penjualan barang, data return serta data stok barang yang melaporkan seluruh kegiatan keluar masuk barang pada PT.Bina Karya secara perhari maupun perbulan. Tujuan penulisan ini adalah untuk membuat rancangan aplikasi sistem komputerisasi keluar masuk barang yang efisien dan membuat implemtasinya kedalam bahasa pemograman PHP. Hasil dari penulisan ini adalah dapat membantu dan mempercepat pengolahan data keluar masuk barang serta pengawasan arus keluar masuk barang sehingga penyamapaian informasi lebih efektif dan efisien. Dari penulisan yang disampaikan dapat diambil kesimpulan bahwa implementasi yang ada, telah dapat digunakan untuk pengolahan data keluar masuk barang, namum masih dapat dikembangkan lagi untuk pengolahan data yang lain yang berhubungan dengan barang. Kata kunci: Sistem Informasi, Inventory.
