Abstract

The development of vapes or e-cigarettes in Indonesia is very rapid, moreover many young people and even adults have switched from conventional cigarettes to ecigarettes or vapes. Bekasi Vapor Shop sells various types of vape, liquid, cartridge, coil, battery, and others. The large number of visitors who came to the Bekasi Vapor Shop caused the vape shop to run out of liquid vape stock, so when a customer looked for the liquid vape he wanted to buy, the liquid vape was not available. This resulted in some customers feeling disappointed. Therefore this research helps Bekasi Vapor Shop in predicting liquid vape stocks in the future, so that there is no shortage or run out of liquid vape stocks again. This research will use the C 4.5 algorithm which is an algorithm developed by Ross Quinlan that is used to process data mining by forming a decision tree. The results of the research that has been done on the C 4.5 algorithm, the best results are obtained with 80% training data and with 20% testing data which has the best results based on the evaluation of the 4 tests of the C 4.5 algorithm. The best results from the test have 87% accuracy, 94% precision, and 88% recall. Perkembangan vape atau rokok elektrik di Indonesia sangat pesat, terlebih lagi anak muda bahkan orang dewasa juga banyak yang sudah beralih dari rokok konvensional ke rokok elektrik atau vape. Bekasi Vapor Shop menjual berbagai jenis vape, liquid, cartridge, coil, baterai, dan lain-lain. Banyaknya pengunjung yang datang ke Bekasi Vapor Shop, membuat toko vape tersebut kehabisan stok liquid vape, sehingga saat pelanggan mencari liquid vape yang ingin dibeli, liquid liquid tersebut tidak tersedia. Hal ini mengakibatkan beberapa customer merasa kecewa. Oleh karena itu penelitian ini membantu Bekasi Vapor Shop dalam memprediksi stok liquid vape kedepannya, sehingga tidak terjadi kekurangan atau kehabisan stok liquid vape Kembali. Penelitian ini akan menggunakan algoritma C 4.5 yang merupakan algoritma yang dikembangkan oleh Ross Quinlan yang digunakan untuk memproses data mining dengan membentuk sebuah pohon keputusan. Hasil dari penelitian yang sudah dilakukan pada algoritma C4.5 hasil terbaik yang didapatkan pada data training 80% dan dengan data testing 20% yang memiliki hasil terbaik berdasarkan evaluasi dari 4 pengujian algoritma C 4.5. Hasil terbaik dari pengujian itu memiliki akurasi 87%, presisi 94%, dan recall 88%.
