Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of liquidity, capital structure, firm size and CSR disclosure on firm value mediated by profitability. This research was conducted on oil palm plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2120. This type of research is quantitative using secondary data. The research sample consisted of 13 oil palm plantation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2021, selected through purposive sampling. The method used is multiple regression analysis and path analysis with the help of SPSS 27 software. The results of this study indicate that liquidity, firm size and CSR disclosure have a significant positive effect on profitability, capital structure has a significant negative effect on profitability, profitability and capital structure have a significant positive effect on firm value, liquidity, firm size and CSR disclosure have no effect on firm value, profitability is able to mediate the effect of liquidity and CSR disclosure on firm value, profitability is unable to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh likuiditas, struktur modal, ukuran perusahaan dan pengungkapan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan yang dimediasi oleh profitabilitas. Penelitian dilakukan pada perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2120. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan kuantitatif dengan menggunakan data sekunder. Sampel penelitian terdiri dari 13 perusahaan perkebunan kelapa sawit yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2014-2021, dipilih melalui purposive sampling. Metode yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda dan analisis jalur (path analysis) dengan bantuan software SPSS 27. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan dan pengungkapan CSR berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, struktur modal berpengaruh negatif signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, profitabilitas dan struktur modal berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan, likuiditas, ukuran perusahaan dan pengungkapan CSR tidak berpengaruh terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas mampu memediasi pengaruh likuiditas dan pengungkapan CSR terhadap nilai perusahaan, profitabilitas tidak mampu memediasi pengaruh struktur modal dan ukuran perusahaan terhadap nilai perusahaan.
