Abstract

To fill information through the current pump monitoring system to able find out earlier there is a significant current change in the pump. While at present none of a monitoring system inhibits information about the current operating pump. While the current pump can change rapidly when pump disturbing by other. To find out the current pump, it is usually checking to pump location as much twice in a day. To get information in real time,we made a current pump monitoring system. Arduino Uno, Ethernet shield, Current sensor, modem dan thingspeak web. The information will appear is information current pump while operating so with real time current pump monitoring system, we hoping a trouble can be minimize because a current pump change can detecting soon. A result from this design will easier to get information of current pump because the information can receive by watching thingspeak and android. Comparing test between monitoring current and actual current showed less than 5% different with biggest percentage error at value 9,09% which measure in current measurement at ninth attempt. Keyword : current monitoring, Arduino, thingspeak Kebutuhan akan informasi melalui sistem monitoring arus pompa untuk dapat mengetahui lebih dini adanya perubahan arus yang signifikan pada pompa. Sedangkan pada saat ini tidak adanya sistem monitoring menghambat informasi tentang arus pompa yang beroperasi. Sedangkan arus pompa dapat berubah dengan cepat ketika ada gangguan pada pompa Untuk mengetahui arus pompa, biasanya dilakukan pengecekan menuju lokasi pompa sebanyak dua kali dalam sehari.. Untuk mendapatkan informasi secara real time, maka dibuatlah sistem monitoring arus pompa. Arduino Uno, Ethernet shield, Sensor Arus, modem dan web thingspeak. Informasi yang ditampilkan dalam Web adalah informasi arus pompa pada saat beroperasi,sehingga dengan adanya monitoring arus pompa secara real time, diharapkan kerusakan dapat diminimalisir karena perubahan arus pompa dapat terdeteksi sejak dini. Hasil dari perancangan ini didapatkan kemudahan monitoring arus pompa karena dapat dilihat melalui web thingspeak dan android. Perbandingan antara arus monitoring dan arus pengukuran menunjukkan selisih kurang dari 5%, dengan error paling besar pada angka 9,09% yang terjadi saat pengukuran arus pada percobaan ke 9.
