Abstract

COVID-19 is a viral infection of the respiratory tract that can be fatal. The spread of this virus is very fast and can be very dangerous, we do not know who has been identified by the corona virus, with symptoms that resemble the COVID-19 disease we cannot conclude that someone is positive for COVID-19. In this study, the Certainty Factor Expert System method to diagnose the symptoms of the disease. This method can overcome uncertainty in decision making based on symptoms felt by users. This method is suitable for use in expert systems to measure whether there is something certain or uncertain in diagnosing a disease as an example. Based on the results of these calculations, the expert system can be used for the initial diagnosis of the three diseases. Key words: research, guidance, computer science, universitas mercu buana COVID-19 merupakan infeksi virus pada saluran pernapasan yang bisa berakibat fatal. penyebaran virus ini yang sangat cepat dan bisa sangat berbahaya, kita tidak mengetahui siapa yang teridentifikasi virus corona, dengan gejala- gejala yang menyerupai penyakit COVID-19 kita tidak dapat mengambil kesimpulan bahwa seseorang positif COVID-19. Pada Penelitian ini metode Sistem Pakar Faktor Kepastian untuk mendiagnosis gejala penyakit tersebut. Cara ini dapat mengatasi ketidakpastian dalam pengambilan keputusan berdasarkan gejala yang dirasakan oleh pengguna. Metode ini cocok digunakan dalam sistem pakar untuk mengukur apakah ada sesuatu yang pasti atau tidak pasti dalam mendiagnosis suatu penyakit sebagai contoh. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan tersebut, sistem pakar dapat digunakan untuk diagnosis awal ketiga penyakit tersebut. Kata kunci: Kecerdasan buatan, certainty factor, covid-19 universitas mercu buana
