Abstract

Fiber To The Building (FTTB) is an optical signal delivery format from the provider center to the user's building unit using optical fiber as the medium of conduct. So to get the results of the analysis from an HRB (High Rise Building) in an apartment, the measurement results of the configuration and implementation process are needed. In this Mediterania Garden 2 Apartment, it is known that the results of the configuration analysis are included in Scheme 2 (OLT and FTM devices are in the Central Office or Telkom while ODC, ODP, ONT and Rosette are in the apartment building) into a configuration that is ready to become SmartBuilding. Meanwhile, based on topology analysis using Bus or Mesh topology on fiber optic systems and star topology on copper systems. After calculating the power link budget manually, the lower limit of the power Rx is -19,375 dBm and automatically uses the Telkom standard, the lower limit is Rx -19,095, so that the measurement results using OPM are applied to 125 units of ODP, then there are 144 units of ODP that are feasible while 11 ODP are still not worth it. Key: Performance, FTTB, Configuration, Topology and Power Link Budget Fiber To The Building (FTTB) merupakan suatu format penghantar isyarat optik dari pusat penyedia (provider) ke dalam unit gedung pengguna dengan menggunakan serat optik sebagai media penghantar. Maka untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis dari sebuah HRB (High Rise Building) pada sebuah apartemen diperlukan hasil pengukuran dari proses konfigurasi dan implementasi tersebut. Pada Apartemen Mediterania Garden 2 ini maka diketahui bahwa hasil analisa konfigurasi termasuk ke dalam Skema 2 (Perangkat OLT dan FTM berada didalam Central Office atau Telkom sedangkan ODC, ODP, ONT dan Roset berada didalam gedung apartemen) menjadi konfigurasi yang siap menjadi SmartBuilding. Sedangkan berdasarkan analisis topologi menggunakan topologi Bus atau Mesh pada sistem fiber optik dan topologi star pada sistem tembaga. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan power link budget secara manual batas bawah power Rx -19,375 dBm dan secara otomatis menggunakan standar Telkom batas bawah Rx -19,095, Sehingga hasil pengukuran menggunakan OPM yang diterapkan pada 125unit ODP maka ada 144 unit ODP yang layak sedangkan 11 ODP yang masih tidak layak.
