Abstract

Scaffolding leasing information system is an information system which is required in the management of data storage process of leasing, payment, shipping, return of scaffolding tools. So help the leadership to exchange information and make decision quickly and right, and improve service to customer. Problem face as long as this is the difficulty of searching data,error often occurs in recording and calculation, no document provide information regarding data return and presentation of existing report still have not provided complete data information. The action taken in solving the above problem is by doing analysis, using methods of problem solving, conceptual data model and system implementation with using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. The final result from this final task is generated scaffolding information system rental on CV Jasa Scaffolding are expected to help the problem above. Keywords : rental, scaffolding, Web, MySQL Sistem informasi penyewaan scaffolding merupakan sistem informasi yang dibutuhkan dalam pengelolaan proses penyimpanan data penyewaan, pengiriman, pembayaran, dan pengembalian alat-alat scaffolding. Sehingga membantu pimpinan untuk bertukar informasi dan mengambil keputusan dengan cepat dan tepat, serta meningkatkan pelayanan pada pelanggan. Permasalahan yang dihadapi selama ini adalah sulitnya pencarian data, sering terjadi kesalahan dalam pencatatan dan penghitungan, tidak ada dokumen yang memberi informasi data dengan lengkap. Tindakan yang diambil dalam penyelesaian masalah diatas yaitu dengan melakukan Analisa masalah, menggunakan metode-metode untuk penyelesaian masalah, model data konseptual, serta mengimplementasikan sistem dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php dan database MySQL. Hasil akhir dari tugas akhir ini adalah sistem informasi penyewaan scaffolding pada CV Jasa Scaffolding yang diharapkan dapat membantu permasalahan diatas.
