Abstract

Inventory system is a system to find out the stock of goods in a place. Inventory systems have been widely used or developed in a place with a variety of technologies and systems. The problem in the case study of Sumber Agung's blessing shop is the unavailability of an adequate inventory system, so that it cannot control the stock of goods available clearly and in detail. Therefore, I want to design a web-based inventory system for the Sumber Agung blessing shop, so that information about stock items can be known clearly and in detail. So that the goods inventory system can be checked and seen by shop owners in the system via the web. The system analysis method in this application uses the balanced scorecard method. Based on the analysis method, it can be concluded that the system that I will build is entitled "Design of Web-Based Inventory Systems Using the Balanced Scorecard Method (Case Study: Toko Berkah Sumber Agung)" to help shop owners and suppliers in managing the inventory system. In this application, shop owners can find out data on incoming and outgoing goods, as well as suppliers who want to know the availability of goods in the store. Shop owners and suppliers can interact with this application according to the information and data needed. Keywords—Balanced Scorecard, Inventory, system Sistem inventori merupakan suatu sistem untuk mengetahui persediaan stok barang pada suatu tempat. Sistem inventori sudah banyak digunakan atau dikembangkan pada suatu tempat dengan berbagai macam teknologi dan sistem. Permasalahan pada studi kasus toko berkah sumber agung adalah belum tersedianya sistem inventori barang yang memadai, sehingga belum bisa mengontrol stok barang yang tersedia dengan jelas & terperinci. Oleh karena itu, saya ingin merancang sistem inventori berbasis web untuk toko berkah sumber agung, sehingga informasi tentang stok barang dapat diketahui secara jelas dan terperinci. Sehingga sistem inventori barang dapat dicek dan dilihat oleh pemilik toko di sistem tersebut melalui web. Metode analisis sistem pada aplikasi ini menggunakan metode balanced scorecard. Berdasarkan metode analisis dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem yang akan saya bangun dengan judul “Rancang Bangun Sistem Inventory Berbasis Web Dengan Metode Balanced Scorecard (Studi Kasus : Toko Berkah Sumber Agung)” untuk membantu pemilik toko dan suplier dalam memanajemen sistem inventori. Dalam aplikasi ini pemilik toko dapat mengetahui data barang keluar dan data barang masuk, serta suplier yang ingin mengetahui ketersediaan stok barang pada toko. Pemilik toko dan suplier dapat berinteraksi dengan aplikasi ini sesuai dengan informasi dan data yang dibutuhkan.
