Abstract

PT Order Indo uses web technology in its application for the AnimalCare application project. This AnimalCare app has the value of a record system which lies in effective data collection. Due to a lack of quality assessment results for this AnimalCare site, it is necessary to perform a website Software Quality Assurance (SQA) assessment. In order to meet quality and ensure that this website meets users' expectations and goals, it is necessary to evaluate the quality of this website. The purpose of this research is to test and measure the quality of the AnimalCare application based on the ISO/IEC 9126 standard so that it can provide suggestions or recommendations for the AnimalCare application based on the results of software quality tests to improve the quality of the application. This study uses the ISO/IEC 9126 model because this model has the most complete coverage on software quality characteristics. The end result of this study is that the measurement value of AnimalCare application quality based on the functionality, usability and efficiency aspects of ISO/IEC 9126 obtains good test results, so that the AnimalCare application can be used. In the aspect of functionality, we tested 20 test cases to get a value of X = 1, that the AnimalCare application is Good, so that the system in AnimalCare has been fulfilled. In the usability aspect, a score of 0.83 means that the usability value of the AnimalCare website can be categorized as good. Furthermore, in the efficiency aspect, get an average performance score of 86% with grade B, that the website speed performance is good. In the AnimalCare structure score which states how well the website performs, it produces an average score of 77% with grade C, while the average page load is 3.61 s. Keywords: Application Quality, Application Testing, ISO/IEC 9126. PT Order Indo menggunakan web technology dalam penerapannya untuk proyek aplikasi AnimalCare. Aplikasi AnimalCare ini memiliki nilai sistem pencatatan yang terletak pada pengumpulan data yang efektif. Karena kurangnya hasil penilaian kualitas untuk situs AnimalCare ini, perlu dilakukan penilaian Jaminan Software Quality Assurance (SQA) situs web. Untuk memenuhi kualitas dan memastikan bahwa situs web ini memenuhi harapan dan sasaran pengguna, maka diperlukan penilaian kualitas situs web ini. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk melakukan Pengujian dan pengukuran kualitas aplikasi AnimalCare berdasarkan standar ISO/IEC 9126 sehingga dapat memberikan saran atau rekomendasi untuk aplikasi AnimalCare berdasarkan hasil uji kualitas perangkat lunak untuk meningkatkan kualitas aplikasi. Penelitian menggunakan model ISO/IEC 9126 karena model ini memiliki cakupan yang paling lengkap pada karakteristik kualitas perangkat lunak. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah nilai pengukuran kualitas Aplikasi AnimalCare berdasarkan aspek functionality, usability dan efficiency dari ISO/IEC 9126 mendapatkan hasil pengujian yang baik, sehingga aplikasi AnimalCare dapat digunakan. Pada aspek functionality melakukan pengujian terhadap 20 test case mendapatkan nilai X = 1, bahwa aplikasi AnimalCare adalah Baik, sehingga sistem pada AnimalCare telah terpenuhi. Pada aspek usability mendapatkan nilai 0.83 yang berarti nilai usability dari website AnimalCare dapat dikategorikan baik. Selanjutnya, pada aspek efficiency mendapatkan nilai rata-rata performance score sebesar 86 % dengan grade B, bahwa performa kecepatan website sudah baik. Pada structure score AnimalCare yang menyatakan seberapa baik website untuk performa menghasilkan rata-rata skor sebesar 77 % dengan grade C, sedangkan rata-rata page load yaitu 3.61 s.
