Abstract

The use of technology needs to be maximized as a support for existing systems and assists in making decisions to achieve goals. The Grogol Utara Village Office handles community services by using the term Top-Down which is giving orders from superiors to subordinates. The North Grogol Village provides the first 2 services, namely PTSP which works like managing Umrah and so on. And the second is DUKCAPIL which works to manage community services in the field of population administration and civil registration as well as co-administration tasks assigned to the Regions. It is necessary to evaluate IT governance in the North Grogol sub-district to measure the maturity level in the North Grogol sub-district. The purpose of evaluating IT governance is to measure IT governance and provide recommendations for improving IT processes that are running according to business objectives in the North Grogol sub-district. The method used is COBIT 4.1 to evaluate village IT governance which is divided into 4 domains and contains 34 processes in it which cover every aspect of the IT governance section. From the results of the evaluation of information technology governance using COBIT 4.1 in the North Grogol sub-district, the maturity level of IT governance in the North Grogol sub-district has 15 selected IT processes, namely PO1, PO4, PO6, PO7, PO8, AI3, AI4, AI6, DS1, DS2, DS3, DS5, DS6, ME1, ME4 are at level 3 (Defined level), which means that village governance meets standards in a documented change or development. Keywords: Evaluation, Information Technology Governance, COBIT 4.1, Maturity Level Penggunaan teknologi perlu dimaksimalkan sebagai penunjang sistem yang ada dan membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan untuk mencapai tujuan. Kantor Kelurahan Grogol Utara menangani pelayanan masyarakat dengan menggunakan istilah Top-Down yang merupakan pemberian perintah dari atasan kepada bawahan. Kelurahan Grogol Utara memberikan 2 pelayanan yang pertama yaitu PTSP yang bekerja seperti mengurus Umroh dan sebagainya. Dan yang kedua yaitu DUKCAPIL yang bekerja untuk mengurus pelayanan masyarakat dalam bidang administrasi kependudukan dan pencatatan sipil serta tugas pembantuan yang ditugaskan kepada Daerah. Perlu dilakukannya evaluasi tata kelola TI pada kelurahan Grogol Utara untuk mengukur maturity level pada kelurahan Grogol Utara. Tujuan dari dilakukannya evaluasi taata kelola TI adalah untuk mengukur tata kelola TI dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk meningkatkan proses TI yang berjalan sesuai tujuan bisnis di kelurahan Grogol Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah COBIT 4.1 untuk mengevaluasi tata kelola TI kelurahan yang terbagi menjadi 4 domain dan berisi 34 proses didalamnya yang mencakup setiap aspek bagian tata kelola TI. Dari hasil evaluasi tata kelola teknologi informasi menggunakan cobit 4.1 pada kelurahan grogol utara, bahwa tingkat kematangan (maturity level) tata kelola TI pada kelurahan grogol utara dari proses-proses TI yang terpilih sebanyak 15 proses yaitu PO1, PO4, PO6, PO7, PO8, AI3, AI4, AI6, DS1, DS2, DS3, DS5, DS6, ME1, ME4 berada di level 3 (Defined level) yang berarti tata kelola kelurahan sudah memenuhi standar dalam suatu perubahan atau pengembangan sudah terdokumentasi.
