Abstract

The growing development of technology at this time, especially in the field of information, makes the company continue to make improvements to make the company more advanced and the development of PT. Telkom Access or commonly abbreviated as PTTA, which in its business operational processes uses work tools (Alker) and work facilities (Salker) which are distributed from the Central Warehouse located in West Jakarta to all Automatic Telephone Central Warehouses (STO) spread across areas throughout Indonesia. In the process of distributing Alker and Salker PTTA still has some weaknesses, that is because the stock of Alker and Salker in the area warehouse is not sufficient to carry out operational work so PTTA needs an information system that can manage transaction relations between the central warehouse and the area warehouse monitoring the number of tools and users who are responsible for the alker and salker used so as to facilitate PTTA operations in managing equipment data in the Warehouse. The system development method for this application uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method which consists of three stages. The first stage is planning requirements (Requirement Planning), in this stage, users and analysts meet to identify application or system goals and to identify information requirements arising from these goals. Then the second stage is the RAD Design Workshop (RAD Design Workshop), this phase is the phase for Analyzers and programmers to work on building and directing visual design representations and work patterns to users. The last implementation (Implementation), in this implementation phase, the analyst works with the users intensely during the workshop and designs non-technical business and enterprise aspects. Then for making application programs developed using JavaScript and database preparation and design using MySQL. Based on the concept and design, it can be concluded that the design and application of a supply chain management information system at PT. Telkom Access uses the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to simplify the Alker and Salker distribution process from the main warehouse to PTTA area warehouses throughout Indonesia. And can facilitate the recording and storage of data related to distribution transactions Keywords: Supply Chain Management, Rapid Application Development (RAD), JavaScript, MySQL. Semakin berkembangnya teknologi di masa ini khususnya di bidang informasi membuat perusahaan yang akan terus melakukan perbaikan untuk membuat perusahaan tersebut lebih maju dan semakin berkembangnya PT. Telkom Akses atau biasa disingkat PTTA yang didalam proses operasional bisnisnya menggunakan alat kerja (Alker) dan sarana kerja (Salker) yang didistribusikan dari Gudang Pusat yang terletak di Jakarta Barat ke seluruh Gudang Sentral Telepon Otomat (STO) yang tersebar di area seluruh Indonesia. Di dalam proses distribusi Alker dan Salker PTTA masih memiliki beberapa kelemahan, hal itu dikarenakan stok Alker dan Salker di gudang area tidak cukup untuk melakukan pekerjaan operasional sehingga PTTA membutuhkan sebuah sistem informasi yang bisa mengatur hubungan transaksi antar gudang pusat dan gudang area memonitoring jumlah alat dan pengguna yang bertanggung jawab terhadap alker dan salker yang digunakan sehingga dapat memudahkan operasional PTTA dalam mengelola data alat di Gudang. Metode pengembangan sistem pada aplikasi ini menggunakan metode Rapid Aplication Development (RAD) yang terdiri dari tiga tahap. Tahap yang pertama perencanaan syarat-syarat (Requirement Planning), dalam fase ini, pengguna dan penganalisis bertemu untuk mengidentifikasi tujuan-tujuan aplikasi atau sistem serta untuk mengidentifikasi syarat-syarat informasi yang ditimbulkan dari tujuantujuan tersebut. Lalu tahap yang kedua Workshop Desain RAD (RAD Design Workshop), fase ini adalah fase untuk Penganalisis dan programer dapat bekerja membangun dan menujukan representasi visual desain dan pola kerja kepada pengguna. Yang terakhir implementasi (Implementation), pada fase implementasi ini, penganalisis bekerja dengan para pengguna secara intens selama workshop dan merancang aspek-aspek bisnis dan non-teknis perusahaan. Kemudian untuk pembuatan program aplikasi dikembangkan dengan menggunakan JavaScript dan penyusunan serta desail Database menggunakan MySQL. Berdasarkan konsep dan perancangan telah dapat disimpulkan bahwa perancangan dan penerapan dari sistem informasi supply chain management pada PT. Telkom Akses menggunakan metode Rapid Application Development (RAD) dapat mempermudah proses distribusi Alker dan Salker dari gudang utama ke gudang area PTTA di seluruh Indonesia. Serta dapat mempermudah pencatatan dan penyimpanan data terkait transaksi distribusi. Kata Kunci: Supply Chain Management, Rapid aplication Development (RAD), JavaScript, MySQL.
