Abstract

Currently social media is growing rapidly on the internet and one of them is Twitter which is very popular. The latest topics on business, politics, society, culture, law and other languages are discussed on Twitter. One of the hotly debated topics on Twitter is moving the capital city of Indonesia. But on the other hand, there is controversy from parties who know the pros and cons, everyone has a different point of view. This has led to the emergence of a speaking phenomenon, especially on Twitter, which actually shows the same interest in public debate. Sentiment analysis is a destructive process, automatically understanding and processing data in the form of unstructured text to obtain feeling information contained in opinions or expressions of opinion. In the application of mood analysis When using machine learning methods, there are several methods commonly used. in this study it is proposed to apply the NAÏVE BAYES method to tweets related to modal changes to classify Indonesian sentiment categories on social media Twitter. Technical classification is done by classifying into 3 classes namely positive, negative, and netral. Based on the results of tests conducted on sentiment tweets for moving the capital city from social media Twitter, there were 5.265 tweets Keywords: twitter, capital city, sentiment analysis, naïve bayes Saat ini media sosial berkembang pesat di internet dan salah satunya adalah Twitter yang sangat populer. Berbeda Topik terkini tentang bisnis, politik, masyarakat, budaya, hukum, dan lainnya dibahas di Twitter. Salah Topik yang hangat diperdebatkan di Twitter adalah pemindahan ibu kota Indonesia. Tapi sebaliknya Ada kontroversi dari pihak yang tahu pro dan kontra, semua orang punya sudut pandang berbeda Hal ini menyebabkan munculnya fenomena berbicara, terutama di Twitter yang sebenarnya menunjukkan minat yang sama dalam debat publik. Analisis sentimen adalah proses penggalian, Secara otomatis memahami dan mengolah data dalam bentuk teks yang tidak terstruktur untuk mendapatkan informasi perasaan yang terkandung dalam pendapat atau ungkapan pendapat. Dalam penerapan analisis suasana hati Saat menggunakan metode pembelajaran mesin, ada beberapa metode yang umum digunakan. dalam penelitian ini Diusulkan untuk menerapkan metode NAÏVE BAYES pada tweet yang terkait dengan perubahan modal Untuk klasifikasi kategori sentimen Indonesia di media sosial Twitter. Teknis klasifikasi dilakukan dengan cara mengklasifikasikan menjadi 3 kelas yakni positif, negatif, dan netral. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian yang dilakukan terhadap tweets sentimen pemindahan ibu kota dari media sosial twitter sebanyak 5.265 tweets Kata kunci: twitter, ibu kota, analisis sentimen, naïve bayes
