Abstract

PT Lima Inti Sinergi (LINI) is a company engaged in telecommunications infrastructure services. LINI itself has 7 shophouses which function as the head office to control its business in the field. Static posture of workers when working for 8 hours has a high risk of developing post-work diseases. Based on an initial survey conducted of employees working in the HRD and QHSE Departments by taking a sample of 3 men and 3 women. As a result, 6 employees in the HRD and QHSE Departments showed the highest prevalence of MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders) in the back (100%) and neck (83%). This study aims to analyze the risk and level of employment using the Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) and Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) methods and provide suggestions for appropriate seating for PT Lima Inti Sinergi employees using worker Antopometry data. From the results of research using the REBA method, it is known that there is 1 employee who gets a score of 7, with a moderate risk level so that further examination and changes are needed, 3 employees get a score of 6, with a moderate risk. level so that further examination and changes are needed, and 2 employees get a score of 5, with a moderate risk level so that further examination and changes are needed. As well as the results of the study using the RULA method, it was found that 5 employees received a score of 4 and 1 other employee received a score of 3 with a moderate risk level, so further investigation and changes are needed if necessary. Suggestions for improvement from this study are the dimensions of the new work chair. The results of employee anthropometric data processing for work chair dimensions use the 95th percentile value because the 95th percentile number indicates 95% of the population will be at or below that size with details of chair dimensions Knee height: 52.00, Buttocks to knee distance: 50 , 48, elbow height when sitting: 21.35, shoulder height when sitting: 62.00, and body height when sitting: 80.25. Keywords: Work Posture, Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA), Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA), Antropometry PT Lima Inti Sinergi (LINI) merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa insfrastruktur telekomunikasi. LINI sendiri memiliki 7 gedung ruko yang berfungsi sebagai head office untuk mengontrol bisnisnya di lapangan. Postur tubuh pekerja yang statis selama bekerja selama 8 jam memiliki risiko tinggi terhadap penyakit setelah bekerja. Berdasarkan survei awal yang dilakukan pada karyawan yang bekerja di Departemen HRD dan QHSE dengan mengambil sampel dari 3 Pria dan 3 Wanita. Hasilnya 6 karyawan di Departemen HRD dan QHSE menunjukkan angka prevalensi MSDs (Musculoskeletal Disorders) tertinggi terdapat pada punggung (100%) dan leher (83%). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis risiko dan tingkat pekerjaan dengan menggunakan metode Rapid Entire Body Assessment (REBA) dan Rapid Upper Limb Assessment (RULA) dan memberikan usulan kursi yang tepat untuk karyawan PT Lima Inti Sinergi menggunakan data Antopometri pekerja. Dari hasil penelitian menggunakan metode REBA didapatkan bahwa terdapat 1 karyawan yang mendapatkan skor 7, dengan tingkat resiko sedang sehingga dibutuhkan pemeriksaan dan perubahan lebih lanjut, 3 karyawan mendapatkan skor 6, dengan tingkat resiko sedang sehingga dibutuhkan pemeriksaan dan perubahan lebih lanjut, dan 2 karyawan mendapatkan skor 5, dengan tingkat resiko sedang sehingga dibutuhkan pemeriksaan dan perubahan lebih lanjut. Serta hasil penelitian menggunakan metode RULA mendapatkan hasil 5 karyawan mendapatkan skor 4 dan 1 karyawan lainnya mendapat skor 3 dengan tingkat resiko sedang sehingga dibutuhkan investigasi lebih lanjut dan perubahan jika diperlukan. Saran perbaikan dari penelitian ini yaitu dimensi kursi kerja yang baru. Hasil pengolahan data antropometri karyawan untuk dimensi kursi kerja yaitu menggunakan nilai percentil 95 karena angka persentil ke-95 menunjukkan 95% populasi yang akan berada pada atau dibawah ukuran tersebut dengan rincian dimensi kursi Tinggi lutut : 52,00, Jarak bokong ke lutut : 50,48, Tinggi siku saat duduk : 21,35, Tinggi bahu saat duduk : 62,00, dan Tinggi badan saat duduk : 80,25.
