Abstract

Teknologi Informasi di era digital ini sudah menjadi kebutuhan yang harus dimiliki dan dimanfaatkan dengan semaksimal mungkin. PT Indorama Putra Mandiri merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa keamanan. Untuk mendukung tingkat pelayanan agar dapat bersaing di dunia jasa keamanan dibutuhkan adanya pengelolaan yang berbasis Teknologi Informasi (TI). Namun selama ini proses operasional security untuk aktivitas monitoringnya, seperti melakukan patroli setiap area dalam pencatatanya masih manual sehingga tidak efektif dan efisien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini dilakukan analisis tata kelola teknologi informasi menggunakan framework COBIT 5 domain EDM02 & MEA01 pada PT Indorama Putra Mandiri. Dengan menggunakan metode analisa data Assessment Process Activities pada COBIT 5. Hasil yang didapat nilai kapabilitas pada proses domain EDM02 untuk kondisi saat ini (as is) 2.07 atau dengan tingkat kapabilitas pada level 2 yaitu Managed Process. Pada proses domain MEA01 untuk kondisi saat ini (as is) 1.68 atau dengan tingkat kapabilitas pada level 2 yaitu Managed Process. Sedangkan nilai kapabilitas untuk kondisi yang diharapkan (to be) pada proses domain EDM02 dengan nilai 3.97 dan MEA01 dengan nilai 3.58, atau dengan tingkat kapabilitas pada level 4 yaitu Predictable Prosess. Kesimpulan pada proses domain EDM02 danMEA01 memiliki nilai gap 1.9 artinya kondisi saat ini direncanakan para stakeholder dengan anggaran biaya dan system informasi yang akan di implementasikan di unit PT Indorama Putra Mandiri. Dan kondisi yang diharapkan membuat laporan mingguan dan dokumentasi terkait diimplementasikan guard tour system di unit PT Indorama Putra Mandiri sehingga dapat mengetahui kekurangan dan dapat mengevaluasi jika terjadi kekurangan. Kata Kunci : COBIT 5, Tata Kelola Teknologi Informasi, EDM02, MEA01, Guard Tuor System Information Technology in this digital era has become a necessity that must be possessed and utilized to its fullest extent. PT Indorama Putra Mandiri is a company engaged in security services. To support its service level and remain competitive in the security services industry, IT-based management is required. However, the current security operational processes, such as manual monitoring activities like patrolling and record-keeping in each area, are inefficient and ineffective. The purpose of this research is to analyze IT governance using the COBIT 5 framework, with a specific focus on the EDM02 and MEA01 domains within PT Indorama Putra Mandiri. The data analysis method used is the Assessment Process Activities in COBIT 5. The results reveal that the capability level of the EDM02 domain in the current condition (as is) is 2.07, indicating a Managed Process at level 2. Similarly, the MEA01 domain in the current condition (as is) has a capability level of 1.68, also categorized as a Managed Process at level 2. These levels suggest that the processes are adequately managed but still have room for improvement in efficiency and effectiveness. On the other hand, for the expected condition (to be), the capability level of the EDM02 domain increases to 3.97, and MEA01 increases to 3.58, both achieving a Predictable Process at level 4. Level 4 indicates that the processes are automated, and their outcomes can be predicted. In conclusion, the company plans to implement an IT-based solution, the Guard Tour System, to enhance the quality and efficiency of security monitoring. The Guard Tour System will allow the company to generate weekly reports and related documentation, facilitating the identification and evaluation of any deficiencies in the security operations.
