Abstract

The role of information technology is needed in the field of education to support the improvement of service quality and work efficiency. Various information and data generated from the application of IT/SI are valuable assets. These assets need to be maintained and guarded against risks. Risks can come from internal risks and external risks. To meet the needs of information asset security, a risk management document is required. This study aims to identify information security risks at SMK Cahaya Prima more specifically on information technology owned, namely Company Profile including E-Report System, School Examination System, Smart Class System, and PPDB System using the ISO 27005 framework. Identifying risks is done to determine potential risks that can cause losses so that preventive action can be taken. Keywords : Information Technology, Information Security, ISO 27005 Peranan teknologi informasi sangat diperlukan didalam bidang pendidikan untuk mendukung peningkatan mutu pelayanan dan efisiensi kerja. Berbagai informasi maupun data-data yang dihasilkan dari penerapan TI/SI merupakan aset yang berharga. Aset yang dimiliki tersebut perlu dirawat dan dijaga dari risiko. Risiko dapat berasal dari risiko internal maupun risiko eksternal. Untuk memenuhi kebutuhan keamanan aset informasi, diperlukan dokumen manajemen risiko. Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan identifikasi risiko keamanan informasi pada SMK Cahaya Prima dengan lebih spesifik pada teknologi informasi yang dimiliki yaitu Company Profile termasuk Sistem E-Rapor, Sistem Ujian Sekolah, Sistem Kelas Pintar, dan Sistem PPDB menggunakan kerangka kerja ISO 27005. Mengidentifikasi risiko dilakukan untuk menentukan potensi risiko yang dapat menyebabkan kerugian sehingga dapat dilakukan tindakan pencegahan.
