Abstract

Based on data obtained in January 2020-May 2020 output was productionnot achieved due to waste in the production line. To achieve the level ofefficiency output, it is necessary to analyze the waste in the production process. By mapping the company's overall condition in Value Stream Mapping (VSM) and mapping in depth with Value Stream Mapping Analysis Tools (VALSAT). The fraction of the most influential waste collected is then used to seek for the root cause using an adiagram and a fishbone diagram, which is subsequently removed and documented in the Future Value Stream Mapping. Defect, waiting, process, and mobility are all examples of waste in the manufacturing process. After repairs were made in accordance with the recommendations, it was discovered that the number of defects decreased from 50 boxes per day to 5 boxes per day, allowing the level of efficiency to be achieved outputWaste waiting by improving the work step from 15 minutes to 10 minutes and waste motion by bringing the position of the foil closer together can reduce time by 10 minutes. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh pada bulan Januari 2020-Mei 2020 output produksi tidak tercapai disebabkan adanya pemborosan dalam lini produksi. Untuk mencapai tingkat efisiensi output, maka perlu dilakukan adanya analisa pemborosan dalam proses produksi. Dengan melakukan pemetaan kondisi perusahaan secara keseluruhan dalam Value Stream Mapping (VSM) dan dilakukan pemetaan secara detail dengan Value Stream Mapping Analysis Tools (VALSAT). Proporsi pemborosan yang paling berpengaruh yang telah didapatkan kemudian dicari akar penyebabnya menggunakan diagram tulang ikan atau fishbone kemudian dilakukan eliminasi dan digambarkan dalam Future Value Stream Mapping. Pemborosan dalam proses produksi yaitu defect, waiting, process dan motion. Setelah dilakukan perbaikan sesuai rekomendasi didapatkan penurunan defect semula 50 box per hari menjadi 5 box per hari sehingga bisa tercapai tingkat efisiensi output. Waste waiting dengan memperbaiki langkah kerja yang semula 15 menit menjadi 10 menit dan waste motion dengan mendekatkan posisi tempat foil dapat penurunan waktu sebesar 10 menit.
