Abstract

PT. ASDF merupakan perusahaan industri dengan fokus memproduksi tepung tapioka dan singkong, yang mana sistem pencatatan penjualan masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga penelitian ini dilakukan pembuatan data warehouse dengan metodologi Nine-Steps Kimball dengan menggunakan star schema yang menghasilkan 1 tabel fakta dan 5 tabel dimensi. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan peramalan untuk memperkirakan penentuan produksi tepung untuk 3 bulan ke depan menggunakan model Single Exponential Smoothing dengan akurasi MAPE. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah melakukan visualisasi data perkembangan bisnis dan menampilkan hasil prediksi perencanaan jumlah produksi kategori tepung. Hasil visualisasi menunjukkan bahwa penjualan tepung mengalami peningkatan hingga kuartal akhir tahun. Dari hasil perhitungan peramalan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai MAPE yaitu 0.15. Hal ini menunjukkan peramalan yang telah dilakukan tidak bisa dijadikan acuan perusahaan dikarenakan hasil akurasi yang rendah serta grafik peramalan dengan data aktual yang tidak seimbang. ASDF is an industrial company with a focus on producing tapioca and cassava flour, where the sales recording system is still done manually. So this research was carried out to create a data warehouse with Kimball's Nine Steps methodology using a star schema, which resulted in 1 fact table and 5 dimension tables. In this study, forecasting was carried out to estimate the determination of flour production for the next 3 months using the single exponential smoothing model with MAPE accuracy. The purpose of this research is to visualize business development data and display the results of predictions for planning the amount of flour category production. The visualization results show that flour sales have increased until the final quarter of the year. The results of forecasting calculations show that the average MAPE value is 0.15. This shows that the forecasting that has been done cannot be used as a company reference due to low accuracy results and unbalanced forecasting charts with actual data.
