Abstract

Pesatnya perkembangan teknologi transportasi saat ini membuat penyediaan jasa transportasi menjadi sangat kompetitif, salah satunya dalam sektor ojek online. Permasalahan yang sering terjadi dalam penggunaan aplikasi ojek online adalah kurangnya visualisasi informasi tentang kepuasan pelanggan terhadap aplikasi ojek online. Upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut dengan mengolah data kepuasan pelanggan menjadi Dashboard Business Intelligence. Manfaat dashboard Business Intelligence itu sendiri adalah mengolah data menjadi visualisasi informasi yang ditampilkan secara menarik sehingga memudahkan dalam mengetahui tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap aplikasi ojek online. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dimana sampel yang digunakan adalah pelanggan aplikasi ojek online sebanyak 344 responden. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data primer yang diperoleh melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pelanggan. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas dan uji reliabilitas dengan bantuan versi 25 dari SPSS. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan tingkat kepuasan pelanggan terhadap aplikasi ojek online yang selanjutnya melalui tahap visualisasi menggunakan bantuan aplikasi Microsoft power BI. Kata kunci: Dashboard, Business Intelligence, Ojek Online, Power BI, Visualisasi The rapid development of transportation technology today makes the provision of transportation services very competitive, one of which is in the online motorcycle taxi sector. The problem that often occurs in the use of online motorcycle taxi applications is the lack of visualization of information about customer satisfaction with online motorcycle taxi applications. Efforts to overcome these problems by processing cus-tomer data into Business Intelligence Dashboards. The benefit of the Business Intelligence dashboard itself is to process data into an attrac-tive visualization of information that is displayed so that it is easier to find out the level of customer satisfaction with the online motorcycle taxi application. Researchers used quantitative methods where the sample used was 344 re-spondent online motorcycle taxi application customers. The data used in this study were primary data obtained through questionnaires distributed to customers. The data analysis used in this study was a validity test and reliability test with the help of ver-sion 25 of SPSS. The results of this study showed that 344 customers received satisfaction data. From 344 customers, data on the time of application use in 1 week was 3-5 times, besides that the use of online motorcycle taxi applications is currently still dominated by vulnerable young people aged 20 to 30 years. And from 344 customers, it is known that 178 customers most often use the Gojek application and customer responses to the online ojek application studied by the majority think that the online ojek application has met the needs desired by customers.
